Welcome to your luxury Clermont escape! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa is designed for family vacations. Relax in your private heated pool, gather in the bright living area, and enjoy dining and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The spacious primary suite offers a spa-like retreat, while the Disney-themed kids' bedrooms delight younger guests. Bedrooms:
All 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Each bedroom features a comfortable mattress with premium cotton linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Every room includes a Smart TV, dresser, closet with hangers, blackout curtains, and plenty of space to unpack. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Living Room
Relax in the spacious open-concept living room with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. It's the perfect gathering place after a day exploring Central Florida.

Dining Room
Enjoy meals together around the elegant dining table with additional breakfast bar seating, making it easy for everyone to dine comfortably.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and grilling utensils. Coffee, sugar, tea and creamer are provided.

Pool Area:
Enjoy your own private screened pool surrounded by outdoor seating and lounge space.
Pool heat is available upon request for $40 per day. Higher temperatures may require additional heating time depending on outdoor conditions.

Laundry
Full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire home, pool area, garage (if available), and driveway.

-Respect the house like your own!
- If something is damaged let me know immediately!
- If you are traveling with a pet, pick up after your pet, and if there is a damage to the furniture or urine stains found in the house it’s a 500$ excessive fee for cleaning!
- Be respectful of others if you’re staying up late and enjoying the pool!
- If you want the pool to be heated, over 80F it’s additional 40$/per day!
- You are responsible for any damage in the house while you are staying there!
- Do not touch a heating system and a filter for the pool, I have a company that maintains it!
-Do not move the furniture!
- If you need something while you staying, do not hesitate to ask!
-500$ Fee for smoking inside or outside of the house!
