Wonderful vacation apartment near International Dr. in the heart of Orlando located in Vista Cay Resort, a gated resort-style community. The fully equipped kitchen is very comfortable for your family, the cleanliness of the unit is impeccable and the location is amazing. You need to stay in this apartment, for privacy and security for your family and friends. Is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Keep AC temperature between 72 and 78 degrees (as temperatures below 72°F may cause the AC to freeze up).
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Convention Stay

Place was great, clean, comfortable and close to the convention center. Well equipped for for the 2 guys that stayed there. We will check again if its available next time were in town.

Perfect location

Perfect location!

Cute condo with tons of amenities in a nearly perfect location. We loved the proximity to the community clubhouse and pool as well as Walgreens and Publix. Great location for theme park visits, and it looks like it’ll be nearly on-site for the new universal park. We enjoyed the universal studios theming! This will be our go-to place to stay for future Orlando visits.

Perfect place for family fun!

This was a super short stay but we will definitely be back! This property was perfect for us as we had teens and tweens. The pool is incredible and just steps away from this unit. The decor was perfect for us as we love Universal Studios! There is a Walgreens on the corner, a strip mall with Publix and restaurants one block away and a second pool across the street. We plan to use the bus stop just down the street when we return so we don’t have to rent a car. Check in was super easy and the communication prior to arrival was very good, too I can’t wait to bring the family back for a longer stay and may book this unit for our family to enjoy while I attend an event at the Convention center which is within walking distance And from the looks of it, Universal’s Epic Universe will be within walking distance, as well! Thanks for a great, affordable stay!

Our stay

Almost all the furniture was broken. The ice maker was so loud it literally kept us up. There is very limited cooking materials. And the food truck with the very loud music outside probably needs to leave before 11:30 at night. All in all, I have stayed at this resort for four years in a row and this was by far the worst unit we have rented. It has not been well maintained.

Perfect!

Clean and comfortable! Decorated very nicely. Conveniently located right next to the pool. Very short walk to the beach. Literally has everything you need to vacation!
