That is the real Big Sand Lake, one of Florida's purest natural lakes you see in the picture and the breathtaking Sunsets Sunrises from the living room and patio. ...and Disney Fireworks too!

Located in the upscale Dr. Philipps area of Orlando, right in the middle of the 3 main Theme Parks - Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
Our villa is privately owned and managed. No timeshare presentation is involved as we are not part of the Westgate timeshares.

Our Lakefront Villa offers the comforts of your own home as a preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own 2-story garden-style townhouse. Tastefully decorated, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6 comfortably, a Patio, a covered Balcony, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishware. Starter linens, towels, and supplies are provided.

In addition to better value, more than a hotel stay, there is complete privacy, the liberty to be able to prepare your own meals at your leisure, and more living space. As our previous guest who returns year after year wrote: 'our kids enjoy their own loft apartment upstairs.'

Very nice location. Property was very comfortable and well furnished. Only issue was the hot water in the downstairs master bedroom ran out quickly. Upstairs hot water lasted longer, so everybody upstairs got hot showers. Overall a very nice experience.

5-Star Stay – Perfect for Convention and Family Travel I attended an international convention at the Orange County Convention Center and brought along my elderly mother and her health care aide. This was my first time using VRBO, so I was understandably a bit nervous. However, the experience exceeded all expectations. The owners were outstanding—communicative, thoughtful, and thorough in explaining the details of their property. From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly. The unit itself was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. With two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms, it provided ample space for our needs. Having two parking spots conveniently located near the unit was a huge plus. Overall, I give both the property and the owners my highest rating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

If you like a dirty, rundown place. Then come here. There was hair everywhere, ants, bugs, brown stains on the towels, red stains on the sheets, overall disgusting. Pictures on the listing look NOTHING like the place itself. Very poorly cleaned. Felt disgusting staying there.

Great location and price

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2 story townhouse right on a lake. Beautiful view from our patio and a walk path all around the lake. 3 miles from Universal Studios and Sea World. 15 minutes from Disney. Tons of restaurants and shopping also all around. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Safe area but I was uneasy with the cleanliness

Location was near family and in a safe area, but these units are dated. We saw a cockroach that my husband got rid of and we got no direct response from the mgmt office re: our bug concern. I also found a used face cloth on top of the shower curtain that was missed by the cleaning staff. Lots of stains in the carpets. The coffee carafe still had water in it. The waterproof mattress pad crinkled every time we turned over. The tops of glasses and mugs felt greasy. I was just very uneasy staying there. Cleaning staff leaves something to be desired :(

You get what you pay for!

I chose this property because I was looking for an inexpensive 2-bedroom with common area to work and near Universal. The location hits all those marks. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the AC works. The property manager was also easy to communicate with. The location is safe and has good parking. That being said, the place has the feel of a cheap motel that has not been updated in 20 years. Its dingy... in a way that no amount of surface cleaning can address; things are slowly falling apart. The common area is very small. The kitchen is missing a dish drying rack - because there is no counter space for it. So... as the title says - you get what you pay for. And that is why I gave it 3 stars - its ok for the price. The owners should update it - but then, it probably wouldn't be quite as inexpensive.

Needs to a lot of work

My wife was so disgusted. It felt very gross. Things didnt work right. Switch upstairs turns off the room light and the TV downstairs. Checking in at the location was a major challenge and very ridiculous. Probably the worst place we've stayed at. The neighborhood was nice. The backyard has a decent view. None of the porch lights work so you couldn't sit out at night on either porch. Patio furniture looked like they got it from a dumpster. Price was the only saving grace, but Motel 6 might be a better choice. It needs an update and a severe deep clean

Over all the stay was good, but there were some concerns. 1 ceiling fans in bathrooms were very dirty. 2 toaster held together with scotch tape 3 stove only had 1 burner that worked. 4 rats were all over the outside.

Sketchy

Biggest safety concern was the door latch was being held by one loose screw. Response by Gloria was that maintenance company would be contacted after checkout - 2 weeks away! Upon arrival, it felt filthy. There were a number of splatters on the walls. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned before being comfortable enough to stay. Also brought to Gloria’s attention is that the kitchen faucet is beyond loose. It feels as though moving it will snap it right off. Stove burners are cross-wired. Right rear knob turns on left rear burner. Front large burner does not work at all. We did not nor would I have “lived” upstairs. Carpet is worn, stained and filthy. Curtain rods are falling off the wall. All pictures of listings were blurry and I believe it was intentional. Back patio lights broken. Downstairs toilet runs and chain kept falling off. Yes, bath fan is filthy, but the only good thing is that it exhausts and shouldn’t be coming into the room. Furniture covers covered over nasty sofa and chair. Gloria also said there was a fitness center next door that I could use for $5/day. WestGate security was unaware of such arrangements. Overall - dated and dingy feel and decor. Unsatisfactory response to concerns.

Good for short stay - excellent location for Orlando parks

This is a place to stay while going to the Parks in Orlando. We had signed up for 7 weeks and was not a good fit for that length of time. Bathrooms / kitchen / frig were clean and appropriately stocked. The walls could use a good cleaning , and carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement. The management company was very gracious to allow us to find a more appropriate placement. Again if using for a place to sleep while you go to the parks all day - would recommend.

Overall condo was nice but No instructions for which remotes work tv Front door was unlocked when we arrived notified owner didn't comment on it Both toilets have issues with handles not returning to normal positions so took time for tank to fill up Table and chairs out on patio were never cleaned Patio lights flickered like a strob light The stove burners were not operating as shown on the stove wrong burners left rear was lighting for right rear.

Location..location..location

Very affordable, needed to be close to ORMC. My daughter n I had to be @ hospital for my niece. It was very close and is convenient to all attractions. The house layout is perfect for families due to it sleeping 6/2.. The apartment was not dirty it was dingy. If visiting theme parks it would definitely be the location to rent . Thank for our personal haven for the 4 days.
