Davenport - Four Corners House Near Orlando Theme Parks

Welcome to our home. This beautiful ultra-modern ranch-style home is situated in a quiet suburb of Orlando. Located just minutes from the world famous Disney theme parks, area beaches, lakes, shopping and golf. A short 30 minute drive from Orlando International airport and with easy access to US Highway 27 and I-4, it is the perfect place for a memorable vacation in Central Florida.

Our home includes 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. The home showcases an airy, open layout, centered around a spacious living room, a comfortable den/office and a large fully equipped kitchen and dining space.

The luxurious master bedroom features a modern en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a tiled shower as well as a large walk-in closet. A large covered patio with screened enclosure is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm Florida air.

The home is furnished with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and an additional Queen sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 adults. Extra pillows and blankets are available for your comfort.

Centralized heating and cooling allows for a comfortable stay no matter what the weather is outside. Ceiling fans with remotes are situated in all sleeping areas as well as the living room and screened patio. A washer and dryer are available for all your laundry needs. High speed WI-FI is included as well as 4 large flat-screen TVs with a premium cable package. Free on-site parking is available for 2 cars.

Should you be traveling with an infant, feel free to request the on-site play yard with bedding, high chair and stroller during your stay at no extra charge.

House was in excellent condition and extremely clean! It’s in a very convenient area right off Rt. 27. I especially appreciated that the home had a water purifier system as I am not a fan of hard water in Florida. We felt right at home and would definitely come back!

Spotless!!!! underpriced- very comfortable. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Reasonably close to Disney World. About 30 minutes with traffic. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home - Wonderful host!

The home is exactly as described in the photos. I felt it was bigger once entering the home in person than in photos. The master bedroom and walk-in shower are an absolute dream. Bed was so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. Gorgeous and spacious kitchen. Anything and everything you need is there. Publix right around the corner. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was excellent in communication and so helpful. Host was available anytime we needed as well. I can’t say enough good. Very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed for our baby such as highchair/ stroller etc. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Home

We stayed 7 nights with 5 adults and this home was the best we ever rented anywhere! It was so clean and stocked the home is beautiful and extremely spacious. Its a little drive to Disney property due to traffic but worth the extra driving time. I will absolutely book this home again and recommend to friends.we felt so at home here the only regret we have is not staying longer and spending more time in the home.

Wonderful!!!

The house was amazing. Everything looked like new. It had all the facilites and conforts. Minutes from the parks and the airport. Every year I visit Florida, and I try to stay in different places, but I would stay at this property again because I love it.

Great Place

This place feels like home. We always commented that it felt warm and comfortable…like coming home. The home had all the cookware and several different coffee pots. The screened porch was wonderful to sit in in the evening. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious house!

We are very happy we stayed here. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is close to everything, and has everything you need! Management was very responsive for minor questions. We highly recommend this house! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice cool place to stay in summer heat.

It was wonderful to come back after the Florida heat, take showers and relax. There was enough space to be together or relax on your own. The furnishing are beautiful.

Wonderful home

My family picked this home mainly because of the master bathroom. Everything else was just icing on the cake. The beds were extremely comfortable especially after long days in the parks. We were located where grocery, shopping, gas, and restaurants were not far. Didn't take long at all (once getting past a few exits on I4) to get to all the theme parks. The property manager was very attentive to any problems we had. The only thing we thought the house could have used was more face towels, but that was an easy fix.
