The home was great!!! Just enough space for everyone on the trip. Pool was backed up to a wooded area so we had privacy. Basic dishes in the kitchen, not nearly enough to cook for 17 people but we made it work. More than enough pool towels and toys (we left some additional pool toys we bought but didnt want to travel home with). Pool table and air hockey were a big hit with the kids. The resort was smaller and a little lack luster from other resorts we have visited but still nice and had no effect on the house itself. We had 4 cars. 1 we parked in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and the other on the street. Not much room for any more cars but could of gotten another car in the garage if need be. The hot tub worked GREAT!!! (we had rented houses before that we had issues with the hot tub heat). All the tvs worked although we did have to share remotes from time to time. Upon arrival one of the beds was not made but after contacting the host the housekeeper came by within the hour and made the bed and also dropped off dishwasher tabs, trash bags, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Clean up instructions upon check out were very minimal compared to other homes we've rented and the trash pick up was daily so we never had to worry about the trash piling up. Would suggest buying extra tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc if you plan to stay more than 3 days (as you would with ant other rental). All in all, it was a great stay. 5/5 . Would definitely stay again!!!
