La nostra villa per le vacanze Disney è arredata secondo i più alti standard e offre alla tua famiglia il lusso di un hotel a cinque stelle combinato con l'atmosfera rilassata di una casa di vacanza per famiglie. Prendi il sole della Florida sul nostro ponte esteso dove puoi rilassarti in piscina e spa, o semplicemente goderti l'ombra del lanai sorseggiando un drink mentre la cena cucina sul barbecue.

I nostri splendidi vantaggi per la casa sono quattro Master Suite di design con cabine armadio e bagni privati che trasudano opulenza e comfort, perfetti per ospitare tre gruppi di coppie. La nostra casa dispone anche di due camere doppie a tema in cui i visitatori di tutte le età potranno godere del loro soggiorno in una delle suite a tema Disney altamente arredate.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di televisori 4K UHD Smart con cavo e DVD. Le Family and Dining Room sono luoghi perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa nei parchi. Immergiti in un comodo divano in pelle mentre guardi la nostra televisione UHD 4k con pacchetto Premium Cable, DVD, MESH WIFI ad alta velocità e canali di film su richiesta.

Tutta la famiglia apprezzerà la sala giochi con TV HD widescreen da 55 pollici, poltrone in stile teatro, PlayStation 4 e giochi, calcio balilla, hockey da tavolo e basket.

La cucina è un sogno per i cuochi e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare la colazione, il pranzo o la cena, oltre a standard come lavastoviglie, microonde, frigorifero e freezer con macchina del ghiaccio, smaltimento dei rifiuti, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, macchina per waffler, frullatore e molto altro.

Great stay, Amazing resort and location

The house worked well for our family. The kids loved the arcade game in the garage as well as the themed bedrooms. You do need to pay an additional fee to heat the private house pool. The house was clean and functional, however there were many items in the kitchen that didn't seem fully washed from the previous renters. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans/plates/etc., except was lacking with measuring cups/spoons. The location of the resort is only 15 minutes from Disney and 45 from Legoland. We didn't have any issues with traffic at the times we were travelling. The resort pool is amazing.

Disney Vacation 23

I would recommend staying here again. This property was located close to all the parks. It is also located within 10 minutes from the world largest food trucks. Highly recommend eating here. Our family enjoyed the themed bedrooms. The boys loved the games room. The only issue we had was the gated community guards had to reset our passes 3 times at the gate.

Perfect family time

What a place!! Room layouts were perfect for our families. The pool was used everyday as we had perfect weather. Grilled out and the outdoor eating area was great for all of us. Short walk to the community pool for more fun. Short drive to theme parks. Didn't want to leave but we'll be back.

Would Stay Again

The house was spacious and the themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids. It was nice having a pool in the backyard out of convenience. We enjoyed going to the club house pool and splash pad. The neighborhood was clean and close to Disney parks and Walmart. We couldn’t find the waffle maker but made some diy Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes instead. The water pressure in the showers were very low. The beds were comfortable. We use our own pillows and blankets when traveling though. It would’ve been nice to know when people were going to show up at the house. Randomly one day a pool guy showed up in the backyard and started working without warning. A different day while getting the little ones ready for a nap a mans voice traveled throughout the house. Sent my husband downstairs to check it out. He said he was with pest control. Very unsettling when it happened, no one knocked, rang a doorbell, or notified us ahead of time to let us know someone would be coming to spray for pest. Huge safety issue for not only us but for them as well, we thought they were an intruder with entering unannounced. Overall enjoyed the stay and got to do a variety of things. Cocoa beach was about 1.5hrs away.

Wonderful and great hosts

Great Rooms for Kids

If you are renting this property for the kids rooms you will not be disappointed as the were the star of the house. Very well made bed, great decorating and even costumes. Lots of room and the kids will love the pool area. The beds in the master is not great. Very creaky with bad support. Additionally the master shower floor made noise every time you moved. The furniture was really nice, but it seemed out of place in a house marketed for families- furniture made of glass with sharp corners seems like and odd choice when kids are near. I also found it ridiculous to charge an extra $15 to heat the hot tub/jacuzzi … very disappointing to find cold water after a long day of travel when you are hoping to unwind. All in all, a very nice property the kids will love, but with some tweaks it could be perfect.

Great to keep the whole family occupied!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly laid out for everyone to have their privacy yet still be all together. Definitely needs some updating but the cleanliness was superb! Only suggestion is the lack of necessities. It’s counterproductive to want people to “keep up the house as their own” when there isn’t even a kitchen sink sponge. For the amount of money per night, I would expect the basic needs to keep a household. Sponge, more than a single 65 paper towel roll, etc … tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner? Even the cheapest of hotels supply that. We ended up getting all of it from the store… c’est la vie. Otherwise, it was a great time!!

This property was excellent and I can not fault it at all. It was better than we could have imagined. We were a group of 4 adults and my 6 year old daughter. There was nothing more that we could have wanted in the property. I would 100% recommend this home and would definitely stay there again. Lovely home for any age

Perfect house for our family. Great location and we felt very safe at the resort. The house was so wonderful our grandchildren had a hard time leaving to go to the parks. They wanted to stay there and swim and play in the house. Definitely would stay at this house again and at Windsor Hills. The property manager’s were also great when we had any questions. Thank you

Great place for Disney vacation

This was a great house for a Disney vacation. We booked this house because of location and theme rooms. Was pleasantly surprised all the additional items in rooms we’re actually there (dress up clothes and theme animals). Pool was a great bonus. Close to parks and lots of restaurants that have family meals for convenient post park meals. Highly recommend!

Everything I hoped for!!

This house is absolutely amazing for someone traveling with children. Our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool was fantastic. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with everyone!! The house is within 15 minutes of the Disney Parks and 25 minutes of Universal Studios and Sea World. There is also a Walmart just minutes away for anything you could need. I had a question for the owners and they responded quickly. If I ever make it back to the Orlando area I would book this house again for sure!!

Wonderful home

The home was wonderful, great location to all the parks. My children loved the themed rooms, the game room was fun with alot of activities. We had 2 adults and 8 kids and it was plenty of room. The owners communicated well and responded fast when I had a question. We will be returning to visit Universal studios since all the rain stopped us from seeing it while I was there and we plan to rent this home again!

Wonderful Home

Our stay was great. Home was wonderful. Owner was very responsive and even when one of my guest spilled something in one of the bedrooms and it ruined the carpet the homeowner was very pleasant and patient. The repair was taken care of with little assistance need from me. If we were to take another trip to Orlando I would definitely consider staying here again. The kids loved the themed rooms.

Absolutely beautiful home, but...

Lovely property, and overall my family and I had a great stay. Plenty of space for a large family and entertaining. We spent most of the first few days working our way through Disney and didn't spend much time in the house. About day 3 of our stay we started noticing little things like the house was orderly but not really clean. It became painstakingly apparent for all of the attention to detail the owners obviously had in decorating their house, the property managers totally failed with the maintenance. There were several wasps nests on the house and several surrounding homes, it didn't appear that the home was cleaned/dusted/vacuumed/swept between renters. I wouldn't let this deter your stay, all of this was communicated to the owners and I believe the will deal with these issues. Besides the cleanliness and the wasps we had a great stay.

Comfy for large family

The kids enjoyed the Disney themes in the rooms, and the adults enjoyed all the home comforts this house provides! Just don’t forget to bring your favorite homes staples like coffee, creamer etc. However, if you do forget, there is a Walmart a couple minutes away.
