3 Mickey & Beach Themed 3 Bdrm Family Condo Near Disney Universal and Sea World

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and only a hour or so to the beach in either direction.
The Villa has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, family friendly with kid dishes and toys along with a high chair, pack n’play, and Stroller.
The club has great amenities that will please the whole family. We have accommodations for little ones. There is plenty of room for the whole family to have their own space. We have done our best to make sure that you have what you need for your stay. We can’t wait to host you.

Home Away From Home

This home was perfect for our week-long stay in Orlando. Such a fun and cute themed location that was clean and had all the things we needed to make the most of our vacation. Great location for the things we planned to do in the area. The size was enough for our family of 9. And our host was friendly and easy to contact. She even offered to help plan our entire stay if we needed. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

Close to everything

The property has toys for toddlers and games for the older children. The kitchen was well equipped and the location to stores and restaurants was great. The unit was very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious.It is just a short 10-15mins drive to all Disney parks , I was easily able to drop everyone off and return later to pick them up. I would recommend this unit .

Great option for Disney with family

We are a family of five (three little girls) and we really appreciate space when we travel. We have stayed to the Disney resorts and all of us in one room is really pretty uncomfortable w luggage etc. This is the first time we have done an Orlando vrbo and this rental is a GREAT option. The space is perfect (that bunk room for the three girls seriously MADE their trip- it's just as darling as the pics) Grandma and Grandpa ended up joining us and the space was perfect. Also, you get access to the little waterpark across the street with your reservation. That is two additional pools and one has a slide my kids really enjoyed. We were spending time at Give Kids the World as alumni and this location was perfect for this. Highly recommend.

Excellent host/Excellent experience

Love, love, loved it. Hit all our priorities (clean, safe, quiet, plenty of room, centrally located) The host was very responsive and friendly. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids. My son absolutely loved the Mickey room. Would stay here again and again.

The best place to stay with a family!

This was the absolute best place we have ever stayed when down in Orlando. She has thought of everything you will need for a young family. We felt like we were at home. My kids (9, 6, and 1 1/2) never had a dull moment. There were toys, sippy cups, swimming toys. Seriously, I can not explain enough how amazing it was to not have to worry about anything while we were there. There were a few hiccups while we where there and the communication with Amanda was quick and easy. The pools were great, and with the access to the resort across the street, you really wouldn't need to leave the area. Very close to restaurants and Walmart. Located to so many things, but still far enough away its not crazy traffic around the area. This will be the first place we check for availability should we ever return to the area. 11 out of 10!!!

Perfect in Every Way

Just Right

The condo worked perfectly for our mini vacay. The rooms were a great size and accommodated our family perfectly. Amanda was super responsive and attentive to any issues we had. We were initially only given 4 towels and there were 6 of us. I sent Amanda a message and she had brand new towels delivered from Target within a couple of hours. We were able to go over to the pool area and given it was a Tuesday in October we had the entire area to ourselves! All in all this was a great choice for our family.

Great Owners

Excellent response time from the owners who were super kind. The resort front desk people were also very kind. We had 5 kids 3 adults and had plenty of room and comfort for all of us. Just a few suggestions, if you are a coffee drinker bring KCups and also be sure to bring extra toilet paper it will save you a trip to the store.

Great, just needs to be cleaned more.

It was fantastic, my only complaint would be its pretty worn down (marks on walls, nobs coming off, lots of dust, looked like water damage to baseboards and bottom if kitchen areas). We found trash from previous travelers, Marks on the walls, and it looks like stuff was swept into the corners but not cleaned up. But outside of those it was a very good place to stay.

Perfect Location

We had a great time in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. It’s a great location and fully stocked home. My kids loved the bedrooms, all the beds were so comfortable.

Feels like home/awesome location

It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location to surrounding attractions was ideal. The beds & couches were comfortable. The kitchen layout I loved. The pools were perfect temperature and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again and would recommend!
