The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, main dining table for 8 guests, a comfortable living room with views of the pool, Wi-Fi, TVs, laundry area, parking, and a private pool area with outdoor seating and a table for meals.

The sleeping arrangement includes a master suite with 1 king bed, TV, closet, and private bathroom; 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, TV, and closet; and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, TVs, and closets.

The location is convenient for families visiting Central Florida. Walmart is about 5 minutes away, and guests will find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, supermarkets, and entertainment nearby. Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld are approximately 17–25 minutes away, depending on traffic, park hours, and season.

After a day at the parks, shopping, or exploring Orlando, guests can return to a comfortable home where they can relax, cook, enjoy the pool area, and spend time together.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per night, with a minimum of 3 nights, and must be requested in advance.

BBQ grill rental is available for $20 per night and must be requested in advance.

A car is recommended for the easiest access to parks, restaurants, stores, and attractions. Drive times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, park schedules, and time of day.
