**Parking**

*Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* This resort does not allow package deliveries. For more information please submit your inquiry.

*Pool Heat / SPA: $35 (plus tax) per night for a minimum of 5 days – When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Barbecue / Grill: $70 (plus taxes). We provide one propane tank– If applicable, it needs to be requested 5 days before the check-in date.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash drop door at the end of the hallway (no loose trash).

* No parties allowed at this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply

Incredible location / house shows some minor wear but the price was GREAT!!

If you have a young family and the waterpark is a huge deal than this house is absolutely perfect, in my opinion it’s an A+ location for that. It is literally less than 100 yards from the waterpark, mini golf, basketball court, lazy River and workout center. 12 miles to Disney I believe. The house is really nice overall but It does have some minor wear like scuffs on the wall from people carrying luggage upstairs and the carpets definitely show the miles. Other than that we were very happy with this house. I will say these issues were very very minor and the price per night in comparison to the competing house on the same street was a night and day difference when we rented!! If you expect a 5 star perfect house than this may not be for you but if you are price conscious, can handle a a really decent house at a great price and an A+ location in regards to amenities than give it a go.
