House is very well secured in a beautiful neighborhood with heated pool, an optional prepaid service. The house is approximately 3 minutes away from stores, restaurants, only a few minutes from major stores such as Walmart and malls, and 10 minutes from disney parks.

Pool light was broken and well as the pool filter pump, host said the hot tub was ready to use but after I was already there they said we couldn’t use the jets because a pool technician had to come out to turn them on. Fridge was leaking over the kitchen. 60% of the outlets inside were not working. Pool chairs were dry rotted and broken

The decor of the property was severely outdated. It’s a cute house but needs some work. There was some sort of sewer type smell. Not sure what it was from. We were unable to use the jetted hot tub outside and the waterfalls in the pool seemingly did not work. The beds were quite old and very “creaky”, making it hard to rest. Also, it was very hot when we stayed and with the AC not being able to be turned below 74, the house got up to 87 at one point.

Not for us

Starting review on a positive note-Price was economical, house was close to Disney parks, shopping, and restaurants. It also had enough soap, paper towel and toilet paper to last the week. However, house was very outdated, and required LOTS of routine maintenance. Smoke detector STILL hanging from ceiling and would intermittently chirp. Ceiling was too high to reach it and to remove battery. Door knob was falling off in master bedroom. Ice maker in freezer didn’t work, Doorwall had a piece of wadded up paper holding possibly pool alarm in place. Most alarmingly, the handle on the back gate was busted off so gate wouldn’t stay closed giving open access to anyone to get in pool. Also the gate would flap in the wind waking us up on multiple nights. The house smelled like it was freshly cleaned but it didn’t feel clean. Perhaps there isn’t enough communication between the management company and the owner.

Great House-needs more details in listing

House was as described except the pool, to have it heated was added cost. Also limit on how cool the AC could be set. Very nice house and convenient for visiting Disney.

QUICK TRIP

I visited the property for a quick birthday trip for my daughter's birthday. We were in on Friday and out on Sunday. All questions that I had prior to booking were answered right away from the owner. The home was very clean, you could smell the cleaning products when you opened the door---which was fine by me because i have high OCD tendencies. This made me happy, I did not have to worry about any of us picking up a bug or something.The home was comfortable with a nice pool. I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the spa, but the patio area was nice and relaxing. All bedrooms and the living/dining room, and family all had tvs with firestick with ease of operating, Wifi was reliable and quick. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful stay in a nice home. I will book again!!

Important things not in working order to have a pleasant stay here

This property was not in working order with many importance things, the kitchen sink faucet was not working. the pool was green. the tvs were not working. those things were a big disappointment.

Good Stay

The property was a good stay. Plenty of space and enough rooms. It was clean. It was good. The owner was friendly. The property was maintained except the faucets were not working properly in the kitchen. There were no dishwasher liquid. The owner was asking tonpay extra to use pool and hot tub. Utencils could be cleaner. We had to hand wash utencils before and after use.

pleasant but needs attention

the property was not cleaned very well before we came there.the front and rear door needed to be repaired.the dishwasher needed to be repaired also.it was a nice place just a little dated with old furniture.

Not what expected

I will start off with I will never stay at this property again. The bad - Pool was filthy when we arrived. The spa does not have jets that are different than the pool...very low water movement. The spa also does not get more than warm. This is not a hot tub. As a result of the jets issue, the property manager did give us a discount on the heating of the pool. That was nice. Besides the pool being dirty, it had zero chlorine in it and smelled bad. I went to store, bought test strips, and found zero chlorine in the pool. Pool maintenance guy came out after 2 days and had to put chlorine in pool and clean it. Pool guy said that in order to have jets in the spa, they would have to be overridden, but he was not going to do that as it could have started a fire. I was happy with the warmth of the pool though. Next major issue - 4 days into the stay the air conditioner stopped working. The property manager was able to get someone to come out the next day to inspect it. The AC unit went bad and needed to be replaced. We went 5 days with NO air conditioning. BRUTAL. The only fan in the house is in the living room. So 90 degree weather with no air conditioning made sleeping impossible. When I asked the property manager for a discount for this inconvenience, he replied that if I wanted to rent again, he may give a discount. This is UNSATISFACTORY AND UNACCEPTABLE. The back door barely could be opened and the handle was close to falling off. The property manger told me to just use two hands to open door. I inspected door and noticed that someone tried to grease the track. While this may have worked for them, the grease they used collected dirt, so that is why the door could not be opened easily. I went to the store and bought cleaner and tools to fix the issue. I spent 2 hours cleaning the track and fixing the door handle. The door works much better now. No compensation form the property manager for buying cleaning supplies and tools and cleaning. The good - house was very clean inside. Very spacious. Rooms were nice to sleep in (when we had AC). Property manager was in fairly timely communication with us through the issues I noted above.

Not clean

My family and I stayed here as a meet up with my daughter from college in Tallahassee and the rest of my family from Fort Myers. Unfortunately when we arrived to the home we noticed that it was just not very well-cared-for. There was food stuck on the floor the ceiling fans hadn't been cleaned in some time and where the mirrors and glass were wiped it was a clear streak dirty mark. The microwave was dirty. Also there were little instructions as far as to operate the pool. We had paid for pool heating but the spa did not operate correctly. I had message to the host and they eventually respond back about 9 hours later. When they did reply they assured me that it was clean and that I should be able to smell the cleaner. Though the house did smell like pine sol it was definitely not clean. Very disappointing

Family 2023

We had great communication with the property owner prior to arrival. The house was more spacious than the pictures and the pool was fabulous. The kitchen could utilize some newer utensils and cooking pans. The location was great to get to the Disney parks as well as lots of restaurants in the area. It was also close to major stores like WalMart and Target. Thanks for sharing your property.

Summer vacation

The house was spacious and clean, the pool was great. The owner was professional and promptly responded to any questions. My only complaint is that it was hot in the house. AC was set at 74 however the temp read as 81 the entire stay. No ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms. We were sweaty all night. Other than that it was a great place.
