Welcome to our bright and spacious home in the highly desirable gated resort of Terra Verde in
Kissimmee! We bring you a delightful, air conditioned, one story, 4-bedroom & 3-bathroom
space to transform into your home away from home!
While you are here, enjoy the south facing pool and spa with extended decking, perfect for
relaxing and dining ‘alfresco’. The private sparkling pool & spa both have handrails for easy and
safe access. There is direct bathroom access from the pool deck.
The integral garage has been converted into a game room, making it the perfect spot for
anyone to hang out away from the sun. Meanwhile, we bring in a touch of magic to one of our
two twin bedrooms by specially designing it to enchant Disney fans of all ages!
Both the King and Queen master bedrooms feature their own private ensuite bathrooms,
offering added convenience and luxury for your ultimate comfort and privacy.

Not only does our home bring lots of comfort, Terra Verde is a private gated community with
24-hour security, and within easy reach of US-192. It has a clubhouse with concierge services,
fitness center, games room, pool with sunning decks, poolside Tiki bar, a children’s play area,
and a fishing lake.
Terra Verde is wonderfully close to everything Orlando is loved for, shopping, golf courses, and
it is approximately 15-minutes from the Disney parks, 20-minutes from Sea World, and 25-
minutes from Universal Studios.
We believe our lovely home is the perfect environment and location for a magical holiday to
Orlando. Highspeed internet is provided free of charge along with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as
cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon
arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash
can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be
purchased by guests per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you
wish.

* There is a gate fee of $25 per vehicle per stay
* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes

Disappointing state of the rental

Stayed for 9 nights in November 2024. I will start with the positive. Pool was lovely, well kept. Heated as per our agreement. Location was great. Walmart very close by for all of the essentials. Had a lot of fun at resort facilities (pool, table tennis, beach volleyball, fitness room). Didn’t use the movie theater because we had great weather but it would have been a great rainy day activity. Was a fairly quiet gated community with consistent security. Disappointing: the rental was not well cleaned. On the 3rd day, multiple cockroaches became visible dead and alive. Response from the property manager was quick with pest control arranged for later that day. Unfortunately more live cockroaches came out a few days later. Both the critters and uncleanliness was noted in the on-site guestbook, therefore not new problems. Visible dirt in bathrooms on arrival, toilets dirty within days of use. Pots and pans all non-stick and scratched, many were not clean, ultimately unusable. Very limited kitchenware. Had to purchase cookware. Garage game room extremely hot due to no A/C. Bunk bed is futon not mattress. Bottom bunk futon mattress flat so metal slats could be felt and not usable. We will not be returning and really wish that previous guests had left accurate reviews to save us the experience.

Winter get away

We had a great stay here. The house was lovely, with a south facing pool. The living room furniture is new and very comfortable. The kitchen has been redone. We have already arranged to stay here again.

Great house in the awesome Terra Verde

We loved our week long stay at this property. We have stayed in several different homes in Terra Verde. This by far was the best stocked kitchen. It had cookie sheets , crock pot , wine glasses , all sizes pots and pans. It was great. The main Master mattress was AMAZING. The air worked perfect but for those who love fans ( me ) they had one in each bedroom. Living room furniture looked new so not dirty or dingy. We would 100% stay here again. It’s close to the tennis courts which was a huge bonus for our teen. The clubhouse pool is always a favorite and well maintained. The only negative and it’s not really negative more an observation. I wonder if the owner lives in another home near by or the rental company keeps an eye on the house. There are certain days when garbage goes out. We would go to take it out and someone had already moved it to the curb. We rented a grill and would go to grill and someone turned the propane off via the little nozzle. These things didn’t really concern me to much and they are helpful but it’s a little weird knowing someone is watching us that closely. We understand the pool boys come by and clean or lawn care are out and about but to have someone come into pool area and turn the propane tank off is a bit off putting. If owner / rental company are going to do these things a note , text , email would be nice. Terra Verde is close to all things Orlando and there is a Walmart close and a side road will get you there without going into heavy traffic for groceries.

Great vacation home

My wife and I really enjoyed the place. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was very clean and had plenty of space. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay here and would have given an additional star had it not been for a dispute about damage to a couch there. When we arrived we noticed the arm rest of the couch was completed caved in. It looked like it had been like that for a while so we did not notify the property manager (our mistake). After we returned from our trip we were sent an email advising that we had damaged the couch and were being charged $1500 for the damage! Fortunately we had taken a picture just after our arrival showing the damage was already there. We provided this to the property manager and were assured we wouldn't be charged. However, several days later we noticed our credit card had been charged. 2 weeks later we are still trying to get this resolved. One other complaint we had was the hot tub would only warm up to appropriate temperature if the temperature outside was close to 70 degrees. It was always too cold in the morning to use, which was a disappointment.

The house was great, we stayed during hurricane Ian and we're dry and comfortable. There was an issues when we first got there because we were given the wrong code and had to wait outside untili finally got someone to answer my phone call and give me the correct entrance code

Enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. It was had modern furniture and decoration and felt welcoming. It was great for the cost as well. Our family members who stayed in another house repeatedly gave compliments on the house. Would recommend.
