Down the hall, you'll find a full bath with a shower that has a private entrance and a paved walkway leading directly to the pool area.

The pool area is a highlight of this property, featuring six lounge chairs for sunbathing, dining for 10 under cover, and a built-in grill with a sink. Enjoy the golf course views while staying comfortable with the outdoor fan.

The second floor hosts three well-appointed bedrooms. The front king suite includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, an extra chair, a ceiling fan, and a small balcony with two chairs. This room shares a bathroom with the middle king suite, which also has a wall-mounted Smart TV and a ceiling fan with light. The back king master suite is a luxurious retreat with a wall-mounted Smart TV, an extra chair, a large tub, a sizable shower with golf course views, and two vanities. It also boasts a balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

The third floor is dedicated to entertainment and fun. The game/movie area features a pool table, two Fast and the Furious arcade games, a Golden Tee, and a gaming station with an Xbox. The large leather sectional, projector, and 120-inch screen make it the perfect space for movie nights and gaming. A bar area with a microwave, sink, and bar glasses completes the setup.

The third-floor balcony offers stunning golf course views and is equipped with outdoor seating and a lounge area. Additionally, there is a full bath between the loft and kids' room with a shower.

The kids' double bedroom on the third floor is a delightful retreat. The game-themed section includes two queen bunk beds with a slide, accommodating up to four guests. The candy-themed area features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, adding a touch of whimsy to their stay.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
Elevator is NOT for guest use.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
