ℹ️ IMPORTANT HOUSE INFORMATION

🌡️ Private Pool Heating

Pool heating is NOT included in the nightly rate. It is available for an additional fee of $60 per day and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay. Please request heating at least 2 days before arrival.

The pool may take 24–48 hours to reach its operating temperature. The heater uses a heat-exchange system, and its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. During cold weather, the system may not be able to reach the desired temperature. If you choose to use pool heating during cold conditions, refunds cannot be offered if the water does not reach your preferred temperature.

🔥 BBQ Grill

BBQ grill use is available for $100 per stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.

🌊 Resort Amenities

Guests may enjoy the ChampionsGate community amenities, subject to resort rules, availability, and operating hours. The water park generally operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, while resort pools may remain open until 10:00 PM. Hours are subject to change.


🗑️ Trash Collection

Trash collection is available 7 days a week. Please place trash in the provided bin by 7:00 AM daily. Do not place trash at the curb.

• Place excess bags next to the bin.
• All trash must be tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags weighing no more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags and loose trash are not accepted.
• No liquids are permitted; please empty containers before disposal.
• Flatten large and medium cardboard boxes and bag smaller boxes.

🍽️ Food & Starter Supplies

For hygiene and guest turnover purposes, opened food items are removed after each checkout. Condiments, coffee grounds, and other leftover food products are therefore not guaranteed to be available before check-in.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties and events are not permitted. A $1,000 penalty will be charged if an unauthorized party or event is detected at the property.

📹 Security Cameras

For your safety and the security of the property, outdoor security cameras are installed at the front exterior of the home.

Resort Amenities: Guests may enjoy the ChampionsGate community amenities, subject to resort rules, availability, and operating hours. Water park hours are generally 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, while resort pools may operate until 10:00 PM. Hours can change, so please confirm the current schedule with the resort.

🚗 Parking: Parking rules are strictly enforced. Please follow the vehicle limit and designated parking instructions provided for this specific home. Street parking and blocking sidewalks are not permitted. Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are prohibited within the community.
