  • Apprezzerai anche i piccoli tocchi che ti fanno sentire come a casa - WiFi gratuito, TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere da letto e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Calcia le infradito e accomodati nel lussuoso divano in pelle per guardare i tuoi film e programmi preferiti sulla grande TV a schermo piatto. Meglio ancora, spegni tutta l'elettronica e goditi la reciproca compagnia e le vedute del lussureggiante paesaggio fuori dalle porte scorrevoli di vetro.

    Quelle porte conducono ad un patio privato con posti a sedere - sorseggiare il caffè al mattino e un cocktail freddo di notte mentre vi godete la bella vista sulla palma. Piuttosto e pratico, la cucina completamente attrezzata ha un sacco di bancone e armadietto e elettrodomestici inox. Ha anche un taglio per la zona giorno principale in modo che il cuoco possa rimanere parte dell'azione. Appena fuori la cucina è una sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo che può ospitare comodamente fino a sei.

    Semplice e confortevole, la prima camera da letto offre un letto matrimoniale, un sacco di spazio di archiviazione e una grande finestra per molta luce naturale. Ha anche un comodo bagno en-suite con un grande vanity e cabina doccia con porte in vetro.

    La seconda camera da letto ha un sacco di spazio per dormire grazie ad un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Un altro grande bagno completo con combinazione vasca / doccia è perfetto per gli ospiti.

    Situato proprio accanto all'Orange County Convention Center, il Vista Cay Resort ti mette in una posizione privilegiata per goderti tutto il meglio che Orlando ha da offrire. Sei a meno di 15 minuti da tutti i principali parchi a tema tra cui Disney World, Universal Studios e SeaWorld. Inoltre, sei vicino a tonnellate di ristoranti e negozi. Vista Cay Resort ha anche una sua club house e
    area della piscina per gli ospiti di godere quando non sono fuori città.

Near the Convention Center for Nationals 🏐 Clean & Minimalist (would recommend leaving the counter and table clear of settings!) SAFE - I let the girls walk to the pool by themselves and to other condos during light times Nice bedding (just a cover sheet and blanket, no gross comforters to deal with) Walking distance to little shopping center with a Publix and At The Diner which was perfect for breakfast or lunch. Little porch that looked out into a courtyard with plush grass and trees!

Business Trip

The property was fine, nice and clean. We were down during an extremely cold spell for Florida. The panhandle of Florida received 9" of snow and the highs in Orlando barely made it out of the 40's. I am telling you this because if you rent this facility there is no way to turn on the heat. They have the thermostat blocked so you can only use the air conditioning. It was freezing in the condo. They can't control the weather, but they sure can control the thermostat.

Clean condo, but it felt like a old sanitized hospital, unconfortable beds, not enough furniture

We just stayed in this condo for 7 days 7 nights, 8 days. I believe one of the most important things in a room is comfortable beds and pillows. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the bed frames made noises with any move. Bed frames are not even attached to the bed frames. Invest in real bed frames with comfortable mattresses and pillows. All the bare walls with no picture frames makes you feel as of you are in an old sanitized hospital. Not enough cooking utensils, nothing available to cook in the oven. Supplies such as toilet paper, laundry and dishwashet pods provided are very low, for a family of 4 and considering we were there for 7 nights,8 days. The living room only has one couch to sit to watch TV. Consider bringing another sofa. The bedrooms could use a chairs to be able to put clothe. There is a very fancy table setting with formal dishes. However, that is not practical at all when you are on vacations. We ended up not using the table because it was more of a trouble to take all of the dishes out of the table. The main pool is on the other side of the street, on their other building, you have to walk for about 7-10 mins. We mostly used the smaller pool near the condo, only about 2 min walk. Overall the amenities and location were good, but we dont believe we will ever return to this condo. We have been in much better condos at a much cheaper rate.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, walking distance to Publix and restaurants. Pools were nice, and clean, we preferred the smaller one.They need to take the carpet out of the units, it’s dirty and our had damage from the hall to the kids bath with sharp carpet nails exposed. They also need to add more towels, face cloths and dish towels. I was always doing laundry because there was only one each person. Over all it was a good experience but I definitely feel we over paid, but we hadn’t been away since Covid began so we went anyways!

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo could have been a little cleaner. Some basic repairs need to be made. Overall, we're happy with Casiola homes and will plan to return.

The location was perfect for us, near the convention center and many restaurants and attractions. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of great restaurants. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. I would give it a 5 star rating except that during our stay, we needed to use the furnace because temperatures were very low. The HVAC ducts definitely need to be cleaned out.

Located on the first floor. Basic necessities, clean and comfortable. Great Location. Simple checki

Very straight forward. Simple process. Communication is fast and 100% accurate. The parking was a minor hiccup due to the current construction site being in close proximity. But this is temporary and out of the owners control. Great Experience overall. Would definitely return. Thanks for the stay.

The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the space was enough for our family of 4. The location was very ideal near the convention center and central to everything we wanted to do. There is a nice pool and outdoor grill near the pool too. The only issue we had was that the gate access code we were given did not work upon arrival, but we called the number on the gate and were given a different number to use.

Great home away from home

The location was perfect, the neighborhood was great; we felt very safe there and comfortable. The apartment/condo had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable too. It definitely met my needs and expectations, and I’d stay there again. The only real “problem” we experienced was that the gate code we were given did not work, so we had to call for help. We were given another code that worked though and didn’t have any further issues with access. The only (temporary) downside was the parking, there is some new construction going on there and the parking was closed off, which made for some slight annoyances due to no way to turn around, but that was outside of the owner’s control.
