Love to cook? Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a masterpiece meal and share your culinary skills with the entire family at the formal dining room table, kitchen bar, or even at the table near the pool. You can let the tongs and spatulas fly while grilling a delicious meal for everyone on the propane grill. Once your feast is complete you can move over to the living room or private pool to continue the conversations, enjoy rousing board games, or start your movie marathon on the TV.

The open loft upstairs is another fantastic option where you’ll find a large additional space for entertainment with even more classic board games, infinity game table or relax in front of the TV for movie time. It’s an ideal place for the teens to hang out while the adults unwind downstairs.

The kids can battle it out in the downstairs game room with a pool table, foosball table and an arcade machine with 60 classic games while the adults enjoy a nice glass of cabernet relaxing next to your own private pool.

There are numerous options to pick from as you decide which room and bed is best suited for you, including four fun themed rooms that celebrate Lilo and Stitch, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Toy Story (yay Forky!), and Tron. Every room has a TV so no matter what you choose you won’t be left out. All beds come with soft, quality linens and extra pillows to make your sleeping that much easier. Each room also has a dresser and closet to store your clothes as well as a rack to place your suitcase if you prefer. You can choose from the following bedroom options:

Your own private swimming pool offers everyone an opportunity to soak up some wonderful Florida sun each day. Take the opportunity to relax with a good book and a chilled beverage in one of the sun loungers. Don’t forget about the pool! Enjoy hours swimming or floating the day away. Safety is critical so a full length pool fence is available and the spacious sliding doors open to provide a view for the adults to watch from the kitchen and living room.

Traveling with your precious little ones doesn't need to include the stress of hauling around additional luggage which is why we’ve provided these for your use during your stay. Toddler dishes and sippy cups are also available.

Whether you are visiting the parks, heading out to the beaches or the Space Coast, or simply enjoying the comforts of our home and resort, we’re confident that Tranquility Retreat can help you make lasting family memories.

Our home is located in the private and gated community resort, Windsor at Westside. Detailed access information will be made available before arrival. There is parking for 2 vehicles available in the driveway with additional parking available on the street.

Access to Nearby Attractions:

Excited to head on out for some fun? You’ll be only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. Both Florida coasts are accessible via Interstate and Toll Roads right next to our home. Kennedy Space Center, the Tampa area Aquariums, Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach can all be visited in 1.5-2hr drive. The Convention Centers and Orlando/Tampa sporting events are all options as well. Restaurants of all types are available nearby when you simply don’t want to cook.

Your stay at our family's Tranquility Retreat gives you the perfect base to experience the Orlando and Central Florida area. Whether you are enjoying the amazing theme parks, shopping, dining or nearby beaches you’ll have the perfect home to start and end your day. We can’t wait for you to arrive!

Full access to the Windsor at Westside resort is included with your stay. This includes the clubhouse with fitness center, arcade and activities, resort-style pool, cabanas, splash pad with water slide, lazy river, bar and restaurant, sand volleyball courts, multi-purpose sports court and numerous walking paths.

Our grill is available for use without additional charge. Any additional propane refills are the responsibility of our guests and can be easily purchased nearby at local convenience, grocery or home improvement stores.

During approximately September-March the pool heat will be on and will be set to 85F at no additional charge. The heater will run from 8am to 10pm daily. The remaining months the pool heat will not be turned on as the Florida sun will heat it nicely. Also keep in mind that the air temperature will impact the heater so those set temperatures may not always be possible on very cold days.

The spa is available year round and can be turned on with a touch of a button to begin heating to 102F degrees at no additional charge. It will take a little time depending on current water temps.
