We were super excited about our stay. The property was clean and had plenty of room for our needs inside the home. It was well done in terms of decor and thought was put into the layout for renters. However, that is where it ends. Every day that we were here we were locked out of the community and they would not let us in without holding us outside the gates and attempting a call to the management company "Casiola" who had other guests than the people actually staying in our house listed! This happened day and night the entire week of our stay. When we arrived on Tuesday they provided us with 3 different door codes and none of them worked. Then only 1 person on our whole list was allowed in the gates. The fake "officers" at the gate said it was "breaking the law" for us to go to the home we paid a good chunk of money for since the homeowner/rental company never listed us as the renters even after their vigorous vetting process and identity checks prior to renting, and payment in full and then extra for an early check in that they offered. I rent VRBO 3x week, every week, all over the nation for my self and my staff and have NEVER encountered such terrible customer service as Casiola provided. When we finally got through to Casiola (none of the provided numbers get you through to a person until they have screened the call to voicemail), "Dennis" stated there was "nothing else we can do to get you in the gate" stating he had done all he could, when all of us AND the front gate
