Our extended stay was excellent. Terrie and her sister assured everything was perfect before and after our arrival. They also kindly accommodated us when we had to arrive early due to a pending snowstorm we needed to travel ahead of. They were available on a moment's notice when questions arose. The location of the home is convenient (we saw three rocket launches from the back porch and caught a glimpse of the Disney fireworks at 9pm each evening), the gated neighborhood felt safe, and the home was a nice size for a five week stay with our cat (no pet fee!). While an unusual thing to comment on, we really appreciated the solid water pressure, it was fantastic for taking showers, doing laundry, and washing dishes. All appliances were in exceptional working order (most like new). We had some very cold days when we were there and were pleased that the heating system worked equally as well as the AC (which is not always the case in FL). The home was exactly as pictured and while we didn't get to use the pool given the chilly temps, it was also a lovely space. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were in like-new condition. We can't thank the owners enough and highly recommend this property.
