What I can say is that the house was very nice and clean, and the location was excellent as well. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My family and I were in Florida for a Eaports tournament. This property was close to Full Sail University. The condo was very clean and fit our needs for our trip. Debbie was helpful with a couple questions I had as well. Nice area all around. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience:

This was a great place to stay for our work trip. Having two queen beds and two bathrooms was perfect for two adults that needed to get ready at the same time in the mornings. Debbie was quick to respond to the questions I had and she was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Florida stay

Clean and comfortable...

Stayed in the condo for over 3 months while i recovered from a medical situation. I had 5 different groups of friends who stayed in the condo to help oversee my recovery. They all were very comfortable with the accommodations and access to the amenities at Ventura Country Club, the convenience of having Orlando Int'l just a 15 min drive away, and all the quality nearby restaurants. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations at such reasonable rates. Debbie is a very responsive and accomodating property manager. I would highly recommend this this VRBO property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced condo.

Peaceful

I stay there with my grand children and my son. It was a very peaceful and quite environment. I loved the pools. Very clean. The only inconvenience was parking and everything is driving distance. But overall, it was a great stay. I definitely recommend this place.

Stayed for 3 months for a summer job with a classmate. Debbie was an awesome host and very responsive. The property was clean the amenities in the community were a nice plus. The community is gated and monitored well, so it was very safe. Overall a great stay

Clean condo

Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay.

Quiet

Condo was as described. Could use some updating. Very easy access from parking. Main floor unit which was very nice. Debbie was an absolutely perfect owner. We had a couple minor issues upon arrival that were handled immediately. She was always accessible. We were looking for a quiet relaxing vacation and we found it here. Pool area was quiet and clean. Very suitable for seniors and families. We wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Clean two bedroom condo.

It is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is on the first floor. I did not have to take my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Parking is right outside. You can take your things in from the back once you open the front door. Debbie is easy to talk to. I enjoyed talking to her.

Out Dated

we enjoyed the unit but it needs to be updated. The sofa needs cleaning. the master bedroom carpet needs to be changed out. If you clean it the dirt comes up from the pad/floor. Pool and hot tub at neighborhood was ok but the club pool was not heated, The owner was most responsive to any needs. Her cleaning gal, Judy was awesome!

Listing looked just like the pictures. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all our requests and promptly. We plan to come back in a few months and will stay here again. The only problem was parking, not enough spaces close to unit in the evenings.

Great location close enough yet quiet to services (grocery/restaurants/ etc and the parks

here are my observations of my stay at this location: 1) Owner is committed to responding to her my questions in a timely manner. 2) Treated me, the customer with courtesy and respect. 3) owner and her staff focus on customer satisfaction issues. 4)Bottom line owner treated me as "family" allowing me d the opportunity to meet my objectives in a comfortable relaxing setting. 5) Can't forget the guest Welcoming gift.. The Cookies :)

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was perfect for my family. Debbie left cold water in the fridge and cookies on the table for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. We would definitely stay there again for a future vacation!
