Beautiful newly constructed 5 bedroom townhome in the heart of Storey Lake, set in Kissimmee just minutes away from Disney! This townhome comes with all the amenities you’d expect in a development like this, including access to a brand new waterpark resort.

Beautiful home with great amenities

What a beautiful property!! I would go as far to say it was in of the cleanest places we have stayed in Orlando area and we have stayed many places!! They had EVERYTHING you would need for your stay which made our trip as a big family so amazing!! Only thing I would say is that traffic getting in during certain times in the day can be a nightmare but if you have some patience it’s worth it. I will also say they made us aware of this issue so I at least knew what to expect! The pool was nice to have at the house for morning and nights dips for our girls and us adults! We used the resort pool that was not even a 5 minute walk from the house a lot and it was so clean and beautiful! Close to all the Disney parks!! A bit longer drive to universal but for me worth it because of how nice the house was!! Will stay again if we plan a big family trip again! Great for families, friends or all the above looking for a place to relax, sleep and enjoy!!!

Very tidy and lovely townhouse

We had a great time at Andrew Hans place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the townhouse is very quiet. I would absolutely recommend tomstay there!

Highly recommend

It is one of the cleanest and nice house so far. Our kids enjoyed the backyard swimming pool. Easy commute to Disney World. The owner is so nice and tried his best to provide expectational customer service. We are very happy with the house and his service. We will definitely looking to stay this house in the future again.
