The layout of the house was perfect the 4 bedrooms the 3 bathrooms was much needed and this property delivered that But the house does require lots of minor cosmetic repairs and some TLC some of the picture frames in the rooms weren’t dusted, some of the bedrooms were missing some smoke detectors. And all of the rooms and around the house were missing blinds where people from the outside can see and the heater for the jacuzzi was not working due to maintenance. But overall this property provided the essentials of a bed and shower for the amount of people in my party, if this property was well maintained and given some TLC it would be a highly requested property. My family and I would come back if those issues would be taken care of and also no toiletries or paper towels.

The rooms were not clean, there was holes all over the walls. No clean towels, no dish soap, there was no instructions on what to do with the trash. The oven didn’t work when we got there. The house is a beautiful house but it needs love. It’s very unkept, the couch was entirely stained. Looked like someone turned it around to not show the stains. The towels hung up for use had pubic hairs on them. If I would’ve read the reviews I would’ve never chose the house for my stay. The shades were broken. There wasn’t enough shades to cover the windows. The host tells the previous person that stayed in the house that everything is fixed. Which is a lie because my pictures have the exact same problems there’s had.

There were dead bugs in the showers. Ants were everywhere. The mosquitoes were also in there, but they weren’t as bad as the ants. Me and my family were getting bitten. The mattresses felt as if they were broken. The hall bathroom had a slow leak. The bathroom near the pool, when my family member went to go shower, a lizard came out of the shower head. The alarm in the garage went off more than once. The washing machine had a leak. The blinds were torn, so people could see you inside. The curtain next to the front door was tied, but if you untie it for privacy, someone could see through the holes. The bedroom near the pool smelled like urine. There was a case in the living room sitting under the television, it was full of dead bugs. There was damage (holes) to the walls and furniture. I didn’t go outside near the pool; however, I did see the screen was torn because of the weather. Both trash cans outside were full of trash that we had to empty and one of the tires was missing off one of the trash cans. I had to clean the home and purchase bug spray due to all of the things that I was experiencing. Someone that was supposed to rent the home to live in came by with the police. The only good thing that I can say is that when I contacted the manager, they answered with quickness, NOW….. I’m waiting on my deposit, which has been over 5-10 business days, that they should have been embarrassed to charge.
