This is an Immaculate 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Vacation Home that has two Master Suites and comes FULLY FURNISHED!!!

This prestigious The Village community is very residential close to Disney World.

This property also features a Private Pool with plenty of space for relaxing and BBQ on site.

This property is about 20 minutes to the major theme parks at Disney, Universal, Seaworld and shopping outlets.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space throughout the house if traveling with a larger group. Everything was clean. Many things in the house are labeled but not fully functional (such as light switches) & many issues with getting the front door to lock to feel safe in an unknown environment

The place was clean except for the upstairs Master suite bathtub had hair in it. We were told that the pool had a heater. But when the pool man next door came by, I talked to him and he said the new owners took the heater out of the pool. So the pool was ice cold And we could not use it at all. The TV has no local stations, so you only have to look at the news or movies. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and we had a good time. I was the youngest of 4 men there for golfing. I was 68 years old. The hot water was loopworm, but the host came right away and fixed that.

I CAN NOT recommend this property. Upon arrival we discovered there was no hot water. We spoke with the management, and they said that this could not be fixed immediately, or likely within our stay as they did not know when a handyman would be available. An agreement was reached that we would receive a full refund upon leaving the home within hours of our arrival. We have not received a refund at all. While we waited on management to respond we noticed many misrepresentations of the property. There is not game room or hot tub as listed in amenities. We noticed locks missing on sliding doors leading to the pool which would concern me if there was anyone staying with small children. I would highly recommend considering any property besides this one. I would read all reviews!!

The house was phenomenal. We loved it. The front lock was a bit annoying to deal with and the hot water situation seemed like it was being cut off after hours and the free wifi is great but at night it would slow down drastically and it was really getting in the way with the kids and me trying to play. Other than that everything was super smooth. I would highly recommend staying here and i will definitely stay here again felt extremely homey. 10/10

The house was dressed up for Christmas and looked nice but other things were not taken care ofI paid 180 for pool heat but the pool heat pump had been removed probably years ago So we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold The so called games room was locked and had no Access so we couldn’t use that The hot water was only warm and the light in the shower was out and needed replacing The light in the swimming pool didn’t work and several lights on the porch didn’t work I paid for 4 days and stayed 2 so I ended up paying a lot of money with all the extra fees and insurance and everything else and didn’t enjoy it one bit I finally got back my pool heat fee and my security deposit But that wasn’t the point the House wasn’t as advertised and the management company had excuses for everything When I told them the pool heater was missing They said that’s being replaced next week When I asked about the games room they said that the house is going through major renovations and the games room is out of bounds Funny as nothing was mentioned at time of booking otherwise I wouldn’t have booked and would have gone somewhere else It was a very disappointing trip and I will not make the same mistake again

The pool was filthy and we did d not use! Had to request additional towels as there were not enough but they were delivered very quickly! Great family place to stay and close to theme parks!

We were told the pool was heated. We arrived to find a cold pool. We told Akexis about it. She said she would send the pool guy over. He came 5 days into our stay and said there is no pool heater. This is false advertising. Also, when arrived, we saw a note stating the food disposal and dishwasher were broken. We also had to battle small bugs (gnats we think) inside the house for our entire visit. We believe they were coming from the drainage lines inside the house. Overall this vacation was not what we wanted. We would not stay here again.

We appreciated how close the place was to Disney and that it was pet friendly. We were a three generational family staying here with little kids. I liked that it had protective locks to keep little kids out of the pool area. House was very clean but it was obvious the pool had not been vacuumed out between renters. I gave it 4 stars because there were just a few items that did not work when we checked in: waste disposal in sink, the lights in the pool, and the hot water to the shower was only lukewarm. Worth the price and would stay there again.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was beautiful and the neighbors quiet and well maintained. We were very close to a Publix, Starbucks, and many restaurant options. You are close to Disney but about 40 minutes in traffic to Universal. We would stay again.

When comparing the photo to the house I checked in at it was notable that the house was different than what I registered for and even the assigned house number / address was different than that of the house I checked in to. The homes looked similar on the outside and I signed up for a 4 bedroom home with a pool and this home that I checked into had the same number of rooms and a pool. The inside of the home looked different than the pics as well, it was as nice of a home and the property management details matched who I rented from so I chalked it up to a last minute adjustment the property management company had to make. Once I checked in, I found a drawer in the master bedroom filled with men’s boxers and socks. This combined with the different home did leave a bit of an eerie feeling over me that maybe I was in the wrong home. I reached out to property management on this and they apologized on that the cleaning company must’ve missed this when cleaning up after the last person that stayed there. While I was speaking to the property management team I also had to advise them that we were a party of 7 and the home did not have sufficient bath towels or pool towel. They had someone drop off 4 additional bath towels at the front the door.Also, the ac can only be set to a low of 73 which worked fine the first two days but on the last night it was set to “a Heat of 73 degrees” which felt hot. Overall, nice property but not my best experience.

The house was really clean rooms where beautiful perfect amount of space. The host got back with us quickly and even allowed us to check in at 12. Pool was wonderful
