The screened lanai, spacious pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable private outdoor space where the family can spend time together. With the pool's south-facing exposure, the pool area is an especially appealing place to enjoy Florida's sunshine throughout your vacation.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day.

Inside, the four-bedroom layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while two queen bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for additional adults or couples. A fourth bedroom with two twin beds provides flexible sleeping arrangements for children, siblings, or friends.

Please note that the community swimming pool is not heated during the winter months.

Highlands Reserve Golf Club features an 18-hole championship course designed by Mike Dasher and offers a distinctive Central Florida golf experience. The course combines pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, wide and open fairways with characteristics of traditional Scottish courses, and touches of Old Florida with citrus trees throughout the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens add challenge and variety for golfers of different skill levels.
