Condominio stile spiaggia caraibica eccezionalmente decorato appena elencato sul mercato degli affitti! I nuovi proprietari hanno completato un rinnovamento totale su questa 3 camere da letto, 2 unità di bagno vicino alla clubhouse principale, piscina e ristorante. Non appena effettuerai il tuo turno, ti sentirai trasportato nei Caraibi con il lussureggiante paesaggio che ti circonda. Situate al secondo piano, le camere da letto sono divise, con le camere da letto 2 e 3 che condividono un bagno nella parte anteriore del condominio, e la camera da letto matrimoniale king (tutti i nuovi materassi) e bagno sul retro dell'unità. La cucina dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata. Vicino alle camere da letto anteriori è una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile e tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. I servizi offerti dalla comunità sono infiniti e comprendono piscine comunitarie, vasche idromassaggio, una spiaggia sabbiosa e un molo di pesca sul Lago Vecchio Davenport.
Inoltre ci sono sentieri, un ristorante in loco, un centro benessere in loco, un campo da tennis, un campo da pallavolo, un parco giochi e una piattaforma per i bambini più piccoli.

Great Family Facility

We absolutely loved our stay here! My youngest enjoyed the pools and splash pad so much, he kept asking to leave Disney because the Condo was more fun. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible experience. First off people should know this is a second floor rental. My mother with COPD had a hard time with the stairs, their is no elevator. Second, the rental was not as clean as people let on. It is FULL of dust everywhere and mold. I am a very clean person and I rented this place because of the raving reviews of cleanliness. Third, the entire place smelled like mold really BAD, the floors and everything were wet when we showed up, they had a dehumidifier but it must not have been on until right before we showed up. Fouth, they had a sign on the wall that said the AC cannot be set below 72 or it would freeze and they would charge me for a service call. I cannot sleep unless its at least 70 so that really sucked. And lastly the last night we stayed was absolutly horrible!!!... the downstairs people had a party way past 2 AM. There were girls screeming and laughing and one even sitting in her car blowing her car horn while laughing. I messaged the number that was given to me to tell them to break up the party and no one ever answered me back, even the next day no answer of apologies for the lack of sleep my entire family recieved before our 12 hr drive back home. And also my mother had a panic attack when she went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw a cockroach run accross the sink. I lived in FL for 10 years, I dont care if the "water bugs" are normal to people, its definitely preventable. Dont waste your money here at this place.

Great size unit for us 5. Great location for us, nice and quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but still not that far from the parks. Unit is nice and comfortable. Not outdated. Resort overall is nice with quite a few pools with children's splash pad. Definitely recommend.

Great complex

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a great value for 3 bedrooms for sure! Pool is really close, less than 2 mins. Beds are soft and cushy. Lots of towels.

Beautiful decorations and clean

My two adult children and my husband and I stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed everything about this apartment except the strange water mold like smell as we entered the apartment. We notified the owner and he mentioned it might be due to an AC unit he just recently installed, but we noticed that even the towels had that same smell.Not sure what it was but all three nights we had to just deal with it . Overall the place and the owner is great !!

Beautifully Decorated, quiet and cozy.

Condo was well decorated and stocked with everything you need. If I had only one complaint, it would be the television situation. They don't have smart TVs, so streaming services are a no go, and the cable service constantly drops out or freezes. There was also no service in the master bedroom. Other than theses issues, we had an enjoyable stay.

Would recommend

The house was very nice and the resort was awesome. The staff were very friendly. The kids made great use of all pools, the pool table, and the beach area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and it was well priced. The only complaints I would have is that there wasn’t enough dishes for a large family and there was mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom. In addition, there was only enough toilet paper when we arrived to get us to the next day. There wasn’t any laundry supplies for a load and only enough dish detergent for one wash. No pucks for the dishwasher. I would recommend bringing all necessities if you are late arriving at night like we were. Over all, I would recommend and everything else was great! I would return. 9/10, even with those complaints.

Wonderful getaway!

The condo was in a great area close to everything we needed. It was quiet, we had plenty of room, and everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare meals. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit as we did a lot of swimming and used a lot of towels. Thankful that Paul allowed us to check in early since I over estimated the travel time and would have had to find something to do to keep the kids entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely book again next time we are in Florida.

Amazing

We are so glad we decided to stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful and in a great location to Disney and Universal. We absolutely loved it!
