  • Your Spacious 2 bedroom & 1.5 bathrooms sleeps 6 guests & centrally located next to to Maitland Center & Uptown Altamonte Srpings & Minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World & the Beaches.

    This enchanting cottage features upgraded leather furnishings, 2 cozy bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds with soft quilts & linens

    Enjoy special moments to sip wine or coffee in the oversized conversation chairs or on the large upper deck & enjoy the yard sitting out under the umbrella when you cookout on our grill.
    Sit by the fire pit on cool evenings on the large back pavered deck or just sit out under the lighted umbrellas.

    UPGRADED GARDEN GROUNDS now offer a Putting Green, NEW SWIM SPA!, a paved driveway & patio,
    We are currently undergoing some exterior landscaping....Please inquire as to updating the landscaping: plants etc.

Cute place to find some relaxation when a dance competition afforded it. Close to places we wanted to see, but away from crowds. Perfect for what we needed. Our host was great.

It was very comfortable and cozy and in a very good location nestled down a quiet neighborhood street. My mom and friends and I were going to two different locations one in Winter Park and then to Mount Dora and it was a perfect place to stay right between the two. Owner was very accommodating on any thing we needed and was very comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed with Denise and this time we got a chance to use her spa pool in the backyard and it was wonderful. My grandson really had fun. Denise helped us roll the cover back which was a little heavy. Her beds in the house are some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The only issue we had was the bathroom door is on a barn door setup and it doesn't like to stay open when not in use and we had to use a washcloth to keep it open. We definitely plan to stay again.

I love what Denise is doing with the location. The home was clean, well decorate and spacious. She is in the process of completing the outside landscaping and it is coming along wonderfully, I have to say I am also completing landscaping at my home and have "stolen" a few of her ideas. I love the different color stones and lights within the river rock she is creating. Thank you again for being so available when I had and question and sharing you home with me and my grandchildren. I would highly recommend your home.

This house is a gem! An updated craftsman style, cute comfortable seating, calming colors, and a functioning equipped kitchen. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Private drive made coming and going simple. My stay was quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is nice and the porch patio was relaxing. Denise was very friendly and accommodating! She helped my get an iron delivered and was quickly available for any questions. I would absolutely stay again!

We got the place for my family to stay while they came an visited. It was spacious, clean and in a perfect central location to everything in Altamonte. Highly recommend!!!

Relaxing

Quiet and relaxing retreat in the midst of all the hub-bub of the city. Walked to the park each morning to enjoy some birding. Very nice and comfortable accommodations at the house and on the deck overlooking the private yard.

Garden Oasis

My wife and I stayed here for a few days for my birthday and to visit friends and family in the area. The stay was perfect. The house was clean, spacious, and quiet. Since we were there for the 4th of July, we also got to see amazing fireworks in all directions. We were close enough to the parks and in a really beautiful area with awesome places to explore. We even went to the Italian restaurant that was recommended, and it was worth going to; we even went twice. We would stay here again!

The home is roomy, the beds are comfy. There is a large window looking out to the mossy trees that I loved! The neighborhood is quiet, Publix is nearby. There are several off leash parks for the pups nearby and trails we enjoyed.We had a great time.

Perfect house for us!! We arrived late and had gone to store, but forgot to get coffee stuff snd she had it there. Very cozy, easy access to I-4 and stores/restaurants. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Owner is great to work with!

Awesome Time!!

Denise was extremely welcoming and we felt right at home. Granted we did not have much free time to enjoy the area but it was close to the convention center and convenient to restaurants. Highly Recommend it!!

If I were to stay again or if you are booking definitely ask for more towels. I found it odd there was only 1 towel each - 2 total which in my opinion not enough. the 2nd bath is a half bath, no shower. The first step into the kitchen is a little tricky especially the first- or second-time coming in. nice quiet neighborhood and good location to 436.

Sweetest hideaway

This is the cutest property. i was so surprised to find such a charming property with a large yard right off the highway. Many amenities very close by, but you did not feel like you were close to a busy interstate. The location, the attention to detail in the landscaping, the lighted walk ways, and lights left on, due to our very late arrival, were all so helpful and did not go unnoticed! Very easy to park, find, and check in, due to the owners attention to detail. We felt very safe during our stay and undisturbed
