Questa è la villa con il fattore WOW! Concediti il lusso a 5 stelle in una superba villa situata in una favolosa comunità di golf vicino a Disney!

La nostra area di coperta per piscina di grandi dimensioni ha un enorme (circa 50'x20 '), sud-ovest privato, piscina tropicale in stile resort e spa con vista su un'area protetta. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per sedersi intorno alla piscina sui lettini forniti. Una grande area coperta con un ventilatore a soffitto e un tavolo da pranzo è il luogo ideale per mangiare all'aperto. C'è anche spazio sotto per sedie a sdraio per coloro che desiderano rilassarsi fuori ma fuori dal sole. Mentre la piscina è rivolta a sud-ovest, l'area coperta è illuminata dal sole dalle 10:30 circa fino al tramonto. Tuttavia, c'è sempre un po 'di sole sul ponte fin dalle prime ore del mattino! I tramonti dietro la nostra villa sono spettacolari! Per quelli con bambini piccoli, abbiamo una rete di sicurezza attraverso la piscina e c'è una notifica sonora che dice quale porta esterna è stata aperta sul nostro sistema di allarme.

Entrate nella nostra proprietà attraverso le doppie porte d'ingresso verso una luminosa, ariosa area salotto a due piani (la prima di 3) con divani e un tavolo da biliardo professionale. Si entra in un secondo soggiorno con divani e tv via cavo, zona pranzo e cucina, il tutto con vista mozzafiato sulla piscina e l'area protetta.

Un corridoio fuori da questa seconda area salotto conduce alla camera da letto al piano inferiore con un letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio e tv a schermo piatto, la lavanderia e il bagno. La lavanderia ospita una grande lavatrice con caricatore superiore, asciugatrice, aeratore, ferro e asse da stiro. La lavatrice può ospitare carichi da molto piccoli a molto grandi; davvero utile per chiunque viaggi con una limitazione del bagaglio.

La sala giochi si trova sul soggiorno anteriore e dispone di un tavolo da ping pong, air hockey, biliardino e divani.

Al piano superiore ci sono altre 4 camere da letto e la sala cinema con soppalco bonus con xbox, tv a schermo piatto e divano letto. Alcuni giochi sono forniti per xbox.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno di grandi dimensioni con vasca da giardino, cabina doccia e cabina armadio. C'è una tv a schermo piatto e un divano che può essere aperto per fornire un letto aggiuntivo. Le doppie porte conducono sul balcone dove ci sono tavolo e sedie per permetterti di sederti e goderti la favolosa vista sull'area protetta. Il lanai a due piani significa che puoi divertirti a sederti lì fuori in qualsiasi momento senza essere disturbato dalle zanzare.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con un grande armadio e una tv a schermo piatto. Anche questo ha doppie porte sul balcone con il proprio tavolo e sedie. Questa camera condivide un bagno con la camera doppia (camera 3).

La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli, un ampio armadio e una tv a schermo piatto.

La quarta camera da letto ha letti a castello, una cabina armadio, tv a schermo piatto e un bagno Jack e Jill con la camera soppalcata. Questa è una stanza a tema Disney Star Wars. Il letto a castello è un doppio sotto e uno sopra.

Tutti i bagni sono dotati di asciugacapelli.

Sono disponibili la connessione wi-fi e le chiamate gratuite negli Stati Uniti e in Canada.

Il balcone a tutta lunghezza al piano superiore offre una vista favolosa sulla piscina e sull'area protetta e offre un'area salotto all'aperto aggiuntiva.

La villa si trova nella comunità di Highlands Reserve che ha un magnifico campo da golf. La stessa comunità è pulita e ben mantenuta. Ha un campo da tennis in comune, una piscina in comune e una grande area giochi per bambini.

Questa casa è molto adatta alle famiglie con un sacco di spazio per consentire a tutte le generazioni di godersi il loro soggiorno.

Ci sono negozi, banche e ristoranti a 10 minuti a piedi. Questi includono supermercato Publix, iHop, Applebee's, piatti cinesi, indiani e pizza da asporto e un pub irlandese.

Disney è di 15 minuti in auto e Universal è di 25 minuti.

Kissimmee con tutti i suoi ristoranti e attrazioni è a 15 minuti di distanza così come i negozi Premium per lo shopping.

La I4 che porta ad entrambe le coste è a 5 minuti, il che significa che entrambe le coste sono accessibili in circa un'ora. You're not going to find a more impressive pool in this price range. It's huge and pretty and the spa is great. The pool enclosure is enormous and in great condition, allowing us to sleep with the doors cracked open on the upper balcony. If you're looking for a great pool, this is the rental for you.

Absolutely book this house!!

This was the PERFECT house for our family of 8! Beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen with attached sitting area, large washer & dryer, and the pool is breathtaking...it's huge! All 8 of us could play games and lounge in the pool at the same time! This house is also very close to a Publix grocery store (2min drive), Dollar Tree (5min), Target & other retail shopping (15min). Great location! Liz was wonderful and quick to respond with questions. Will definitely be back again! Recommending this house to everyone!

Perfect place for a golf getaway

The property is conveniently located 25-30 minutes away from the Disney properties, as well as most of the hot tourist spots. The house has plenty of room, as myself and 3 other golf buddies spent a week there. The garage has a variety of games set up to play with friends. A pool table in the living room to keep adults happy. The large TV just outside the kitchen was perfect for us to watch all of our March Madness games. The highlight was the large saltwater pool and hottub. We also ordered the grill to have so we could cook up some burgers and brats. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and was spacious to accommodate 4 hungry guys after rounds of golf. The communication with Liz was top notch and we had very few issues to speak of. Overall I would recommend this property for adults and kids alike

Lovely property in quiet area away from the tourist areas

Just spent 17 days in this lovely property. If you are looking for a oasis of calm away from the tourist areas but within easily commutable distances to the airport, Universal and Disney then this is exactly what you are after. Where to start?? the pool is absolutely superb, large enough to actually have a swim in and as the property is on a corner plot there are no neighbours looking in at you. The hot tub is to die for and is the perfect place to relax in after a day in the Parks.The property is a lovely size with all bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. The downstairs family areas are airy and comfy with the kitchen kitted out with everything you could need.The hostess Liz, was exceptional in answering any questions or concerns and given the time difference this was most appreciated.All in all a lovely property that was perfect for my family and is in a lovely quiet community away from the chaos of some of the Orlando areas.

Terrific stay... Gorgeous pool

Our family of 10 had a wonderful 12 days at this house. The owner could not have been better in communicating whenever there was an issue. The pool here is the huge win. It's extremely large, and the screened-in area is one of the tallest and biggest we've seen in a private home. It felt as if there was no screen surrounding you, plus it protected all the decks and upstairs balconies. More than enough room for 10 people and close enough to Disney and Universal. Nice kitchen and excellent WiFi. We would definitely come back.

Nice location, property needs updated, maintenance responsive.

5 night stay started with only downstairs toilet not working properly (plungers there but not helpful) but after 2nd maintenance (our 3rd day) it was fixed. Would suggest bars in showers, new shower door in primary bdrm, more stringent cleaning guidelines, landscaping horrendous, internet great, perhaps display what is expected when you leave in the laundry room, got more towels and they were much better than the original so response was great when request made. The paper work to rent was over the top for sure, but that is the world we live in these days I guess.

Fabulous Villa...INCREDIBLE pool!

This villa exceeded all of our expectations..we wanted a large pool, and wow did this villa deliver! We spent a lot of time relaxing at the villa, and swimming in the huge, gorgeous pool. The balcony was also a superb area to relax. We didn't have any issues at all with the villa. We were very close to Disney...we found a lovely route around the back, avoiding the busy main road, so used this all the time. There were also lots of great restaurants and shops within 5 minutes. The games room is excellent...with a great range of different games to suit all ages. Liz is a great host; with excellent communication throughout. We are planning to return in 2026 and will be booking with Liz again, as we couldn't have been happier with the villa..it made our holiday fantastic!

Fabulous Villa & Pool, the villa is amazing and the pool is spectacular, 5 stars all the way from the excellent communication from the owner before, during and afterwards. we had an issue with A/C while there the outside temp was 104 degrees, contacted the property team at 12noon and engineer was out and had it fixed within 1 hour, now that's service. would recommend every time.

Wonderful home with an exquisite pool

The pool, the pool, the pool. That was everyone’s favorite part of this home. We had plenty of room for all eight family members. We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 92nd birthday. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for him. The kids enjoyed the fun games, but again, all they really wanted was to go in the pool. Liz was quick to answer any questions we had, despite the time difference. We would definitely return to this house, and I certainly would recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Neighborhood was quiet. Home is in great shape. Appliances were new. Pool is beautiful along with hot tub attached. Owners are great to deal with. I would highly recommend.

January 2024 Stay

This was an amazing experience. The host was wonderful, communicative, helpful, and willing to help with any questions we had. The property was wonderful to stay at. It was everything we expected and more. We were able to spend our nights relaxing in comfort and safety. I would recommend this property 10 out of 10 times.

Excellent Property

House was better than advertised! Tons of room, great location; Pool was the star of the house and we spent many hours in it; kids really enjoyed the games as well (pool table, ping pong, air hockey) Host was great to deal with!

Amazing pool, great location

The house was spacious and the layout allowed everyone their own privacy when needed. The neighborhood is quiet and it was a lovely setting for morning walks. The house is also centrally located and was a relatively short drive to either the gulf side or Space Coast. The pool was absolutely amazing and was exactly as represented in the pictures. It is very large, with gorgeous vegetation surrounding it, and was heated to a comfortable temperature for our stay in early January. Our kids, ranging from young elementary age to teens, thoroughly enjoyed swimming in it. Great stay overall!

Great villa with an amazing pool

We had a great stay in this fantastic villa with a really beautiful pool, not overlooked. There is lots of outdoor space, the balcony was great for a drink and chill in the early evening. The house is very spacious and all indoor and outdoor furniture is good quality and plenty of it. We have stayed in some villas that had looked a bit tired, this is not one of them, the villa is beautifully appointed, comfy beds, comfy sofas and great furnishings. The estate is very quiet and in a great location, everything is easily accessible.

Family holiday in August

Perfect comfortable family home for a Florida vacation. The very large pool is one of the best I've ever seen. Quiet neighbourhood, very close to Berry town centre with shops, bars and restaurants. Liz the owner was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries. Would highly recommend this villa.

Everything I could have asked for!

Everything about this property was great! The home is so spacious and worked great for our family of 9 that came. Ages range from 12 to 18 for the kids and they never once complained of boredom! Loved the master suite, my husband now wants one at home! The pool and back patio area topped it all off and made the whole trip amazing. We swam everyday, all hours. Liz is an amazing host with such fast communication. We had ZERO issues while staying our 10 days but we did have contact a few times with her. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again! Thanks Liz and the property management team!
