Sandy Ridge, Davenport, Orlando.

Sandy Ridge, Davenport è una comunità di vacanze immersa in una rigogliosa conservazione ed è idealmente situato a breve distanza dai famosi parchi a tema e attrazioni della Florida centrale (le porte principali della Disney sono
solo circa 15 minuti di auto). Questa comunità ben curata ha anche una propria area giochi per bambini per quei "piccoli" che hanno ancora molta energia dopo una giornata nei parchi a tema.




Essere vicini a grandi percorsi come Interstate 4 e Hwy 192 rende molto più facile pianificare quei giorni importanti in parchi, spiagge o shopping. Anche la splendida costa della Florida è facilmente raggiungibile e ha molte grandi spiagge da offrire, dalle tranquille sabbie bianche di St Pete al ritmo veloce di Clearwater, e con una delle più vicine (Cocoa Beach) a poco più di un'ora di distanza, loro meritano sicuramente una visita.


Anche se i golfisti avranno l'imbarazzo della scelta quando si tratta di campi da golf, Sandy Ridge si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal famoso Champions Gate Golfing Resort che offre alcuni fantastici campi da campionato per tutti gli handicap. Un supermercato e vari altri negozi hanno aperto nel 2008 in un paio di minuti di auto dalla nostra casa in affitto con negozi aggiuntivi e alcuni ottimi ristoranti situati un po 'più avanti sulla strada a Champions Gate, con molti altri in arrivo presto (campioni di "Down Town" Cancello). Il nuovissimo centro commerciale Posner Park che si trova appena fuori dalla US-27 ha appena aperto le sue porte ad alcuni dei nuovi negozi con più aperture da metà 2008 e per tutto il 2009 e con Hwy 192 che offre numerosi negozi di articoli da regalo, negozi di alimentari, elicotteri giostre, una varietà di divertenti attività per famiglie, c'è così tanto divertimento per tutti.

Christmas 2024 was a blast

We had a wonderful week. Traveled as a family with mature (18) children. Everyone had their own space, plenty of room and all the comforts they needed. Home is well supplied and suited our needs. There is lots nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. You do need a vehicle to get to those places but it's worth the drive. With a farm in the backyard, we enjoyed the privacy it gave us in the pool area. Plus it was fun to watch the animals as they grazed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was so great going straight out of the living room into the heated pool and hot tub each morning and evening. The listing was exactly as described. Any messages to the owner were handled promptly. The beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and great for our family of 4. The game room was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the SunRail train. .

Disney trip Christmas ‘23

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

Absolute dream

We booked the property last minute (3 days before) after our plans changed. We are no strangers to Florida villas, and have stayed on Sandy Ridge before. Firstly, the owners could not have been more accommodating. They responded immediately to any questions, were incredibly flexible, and fantastic communicators. Then the villa, the photos do not do the place justice. It is far far nicer than the photos give it credit for. The villa is stunning, usual wear and tear you would expect, but incredibly well equipped and comfortable. We only stayed as a couple for a week, but would happily bring the family out for our usual summer holiday. Exceptional value for money and highly recommend!

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Overall a great property everything just as listed. The only issue not a big problem more of a keep in mind..As some stated the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work the owner should consider purchasing a counter top portable ice machine very inexpensive fix. Also one person in our group was disabled and could not use the pool as no hand rails..overall very nice location and great home would stay again

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Great rental

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Superb villa and great location

Everything was superb - great place to stay and great location for all the parks and golf. Great games room and lovely private pool & spa. Carl is a great host and would definitely recommend.

Excellent property, great location

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Great home in a great location!

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional. We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away. We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

Great property

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. It provided all the amenities we needed, had a great pool and spa and we loved backing on to the farm. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had before our trip. Highly recommend this home and are wishing we were back there now.
