BEDROOMS (All on the Second Level):
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 with premium mattresses and pillows in all three bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV.
Primary Suite: King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Lion King Themed Rooms (x2): Each room features two twin beds (4 twins total) – perfect for the kids!
First Level Sleeping: An additional Queen sofa bed is available in the living room.

BATHROOMS:
Level 1: One full bathroom on the main floor for your convenience.
Level 2: Two additional full bathrooms upstairs with ample storage and fresh towels.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE:
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, complete with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and initial supplies of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, salt, and pepper. Gather the family in the dining area (high chair included!) before relaxing in the cozy living room or the home theater.

Your stay grants you full access to the Regal Palms’ extensive amenities, including the Tiki Bar, restaurant, and spa facilities.

RESORT FEE: Regal Palms charges a daily $20 RESORT FEE + tax per reservation. This mandatory fee is paid directly to the front desk upon check-in and is separate from your booking total.

VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS: For resort policy compliance, please note that commercial buses, trailers, RV's, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes & boats are NOT allowed to be parked on the premises.

ARRIVAL & ENTRY

Check-in is a breeze with our simple, keyless entry system. A personalized entry code will be provided to you via the VRBO app the morning of your arrival.

PARKING
We’ve made parking easy:

Complimentary Parking: You have access to two free designated parking spots directly in front of the property.
Additional Spots: Extra free parking spots are available near the main pool area for your convenience.

Vehicle Restrictions: Please adhere to resort rules: commercial buses, trailers, RV's, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes & boats are NOT allowed to be parked on the resort premises.

GUEST SAFETY & SUPPLIES

Safety First: For your security, there is one front door camera covering the exterior entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.

Starter Pack: To get your vacation started right, we provide a complimentary starter pack that includes: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, and trash can liners.

Recommendation: As the starter pack is limited, we recommend planning to bring additional supplies appropriate for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES & EXPECTATIONS

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following:

Primary Guest: The individual who made the reservation must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. Any evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No Pets Allowed: To keep our home allergen-free and in top condition for all guests (especially in our themed children's rooms), we have a strict no-pet policy.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

Toiletries: While we provide a starter pack of soap and shampoo, please remember to bring your own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Rule Compliance: Please respect the home and the resort. Failure to abide by these house rules may result in additional fees or eviction.

DISCLOSURE:
To ensure the safety of the guests and staff, certain outdoor amenities (including but not limited to pools, rooftop terraces, and sports facilities) may be temporarily closed or have restricted hours by the resort management during inclement weather or extreme temperatures. As per our policy, we don't offer refunds for amenity closures caused by weather. We appreciate your understanding.
