NUOVO PAVIMENTO MAGGIO 2019! VISTA LAGO PISCINA BUNGALOW 4BR / 3BAT, GIOCHI RM, BBQ e WIFI

Benvenuto nella tua oasi a Sandy Ridge. Questo è un grande bungalow di 2000 piedi quadrati con 4 camere da letto (8 posti letto) e 3 bagni completi. Sono presenti aree soggiorno, camera familiare e sala da pranzo separate. Questa casa a concetto aperto ha la cucina nel mezzo della casa, con un bar / bancone con vista sull'angolo della colazione, camera familiare (con TV da 50 ") e lanai nell'area della piscina. L'aria condizionata e un sacco di ventilatori a soffitto assicurano interni freschi e confortevoli.

WiFi illimitato gratuito

Acquistati nel 2013, a quel tempo furono installati nuovi piccoli elettrodomestici e televisori. Da allora è stata aggiunta una sala ricreativa a tema supereroe nel gennaio 2015. La sala giochi ha un tavolo da biliardo, un tavolo da ping pong e un biliardino per il vostro divertimento. Nel 2015 è stata installata anche una nuova stufa / forno e nel 2016 è stato installato un nuovo frigorifero.

Nel 2017, un set di poltrone reclinabili in pelle ha sostituito il divano estraibile in tessuto nella camera familiare, il barbecue è stato sostituito con un nuovo barbecue a 5 fuochi e il set patio è stato aggiornato con 4 lettini da piscina e un set patio da 6 posti. Per il 2018 sono stati installati una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La grande installazione per il 2019: tutta la moquette dell'intero bungalow è stata sostituita con piastrelle / pavimenti in legno!

Ci sono 2 ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, ognuna con i propri televisori e bagni da 32 ”(bagni da 3 e 5 pezzi). Una camera da letto principale ha un'uscita sull'area della piscina, offrendo un facile accesso alla doccia e al bagno dopo la nuotata. Le altre 2 camere da letto hanno ciascuna 2 letti singoli ciascuna; 1 a tema per Disney, tra cui la principessa Elsa e Anna, e l'altro a tema Sea World. A Pack'n Play è disponibile in casa per famiglie con bambini piccoli e c'è un parco giochi con attrezzi per l'allenamento per adulti a 2 isolati in fondo alla strada. La sicurezza di 24 ore è fornita da una pattuglia di sicurezza e ci sono telecamere di sicurezza in entrambi gli ingressi / uscite della comunità.

La parte migliore di questa casa vacanza è la vista sul lago dalla grande piscina di 30 piedi o dal Lanai coperto. Una barriera di sicurezza intorno alla piscina offre protezione ai nostri piccoli ospiti. C'è un sacco di natura da immergersi nel bellissimo cielo della Florida. Rilassati dall'alba al tramonto o viaggia in 10 minuti a World Drive, l'ingresso di Disney World!

McDonald, Pizza Hut, farmacia CVS, Anytime Fitness e negozio di alimentari Publix sono tutti a meno di 1 km. A 24 ore Walmart 10 minuti di distanza. Il golf è a 1. 7 miglia di distanza a Reunion e 3. 2 miglia di distanza per Champions Gate.

Overall nice location near everything from a CVS , Wawa, Resturants, Publix even nail salon! House needed to be more cleaner. And some minor repair like fridge door handle loose and. Door moldings are loose and shower was really dirty in master bathroom. I reached out but never got a return response via email or phone. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper only 1 roll per bathroom. and no paper towels are given.

Positives: The host, Sabrina, is very responsive to messages and was very easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating as she did allow a bit earlier check-in which was much appreciated. Also, the location is excellent in relation to Disney park accessibility. Negatives: the house wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Very heavy on arrival day and still quite noticeable after leaving and returning to the house at night but not nearly as bad as first couple days. The house needs some deep cleaning especially the vents. There was black mold clearly visible around some of the vents, especially in a bedroom/kitchen. There were bugs found in the house every day including 2 cockroaches in the same bedroom as the moldy vent. The netting around the pool has several tears, a big one at ground level, which seemed to allow a large amount of the tiny lizards in the “enclosed” pool area. In addition, the game room is NOT air conditioned so was rendered basically not usable for us due to the high heat. I wish this would have been communicated in the listing as that was a main reason for picking this property. Since we spent little time at the house and were busy with Disney, I did not let Sabrina know of the negatives until the night before we left so she obviously couldn’t remedy things for us but hopefully for future renters. The negatives here outweighed the positives unfortunately so we will not be returning to this property for future stays.

Perfect place for our family

We came to the Orlando area for one of our daughters to cheer at All Star Worlds and loved that we had our own space, away from the chaos. The pool was amazing, the kids loved it. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. We also enjoyed the game room- although not was much as we would have wanted to given our schedule.

Great Family Get Away.

This spot was great for our family of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the theme based bedrooms, game room and the pool. House had everything we needed and was exactly how it is described. Neighborhood was very quite and it was a quick and easy trip to and from the local attractions. We had one very small issue and it was corrected immediately with great communications with the owner/management team. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visiting with children. Family Trip

Very nice and clean place to stay. The kids loved having a pool to ourselves and played our entire last day! Game room was fun for the kids as well. Neighbors were all very kind and enjoyed watching our son try to catch fish in the back pond. Beds were comfortable, water was nice and hot, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer.

Nice accommodations for an Orlando area vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was very good. The house was as described, well maintained, and clean. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves as a family. We were in a good location with quick access to restaurants and stores as well as being a short drive from major attractions such as Disney. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the alligator that was living in the pond behind the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Would stay again and would recommend.

The house was great! The pool was nice and clean! My family loved it! Only problem was the bedding and towels smelled awful! We got in late from our flight so wanted to take showers and go to bed. We had to just deal with it until the next morning when we bought laundry soap. We just rewashed everything. So the washer and dryer was very handy! Definitely wouldn't mind booking again other than the smell it was perfect!

Great property that is exactly as the listing describes. I would have no reservations about staying here again! Things I liked: - Floors were clean (because who wears shoes in Florida) - Pool and pool area was clean - Could be at all Disney parks in about 20-25 min with minimal traffic - Light switches were all labeled (this was great!) - AC was cold enough - Beds were comfortable - TV's in most rooms with online capability - Fast internet - Great view of the pond - Good common areas Minor things to improve - Better shower head in the master bath - Updated pillows The property management company was great as well. We left a wallet there and the PM company shipped it to us. Thanks a ton!!

Wonderful Vacation Property!

This spot is exactly as it seems in the pics! We had a wonderful two week stay here and enjoyed every moment! Although it is not a gated community, there was a great deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which backs onto a pond for extra privacy. We’ve been to Florida at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and this pool by far was the best heated one we ever experienced. It was truly lovely! The house is located close to supermarkets, restaurants and Walmart for all your essential needs. Overall, the home was nicely furnished, stocked with household necessities, had a great TV a package for late night movies and the host was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely book again!

House was a good size for our family of 6, pool was great and well heated. Area is quiet and the pond was nice to look at. Owner is amazing with communication. The house could use some minor maintenance to things like closet doors and windows locks and a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and window sills is definitely needed. I notified the owner and she responded immediately saying she will take this to her management company to rectify. Overall we had a great 2 weeks here and made wonderful memories.

Perfect home for the whole family!

The home was very clean and organized. The pool was definitely the best part of the entire experience. The rooms all had clean sheets. There was also an entire closet of clean towels which was very much appreciated. The kids and even a few adults enjoyed the game room. Overall the entire experience was amazing, and I highly reccomend this home for anybody interested.

Beautiful place to stay

From parking the car on drive walking in property looking round I was more than happy, family came to join us the week after and was also very happy. The television in the bedroom decided not to work we reported this to the management and it was sorted right away. We’ve stayed at a few villas but are hoping we can book this one again. Home Away from Home

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this home, and we hope to stay there again next year. The owner responded very quickly and kindly to any questions we had both before and during our trip.
