The space
The house is a single family home in Solterra Resort. 18 minutes away from all major Disney Parks. Professionally sanitized and inspected between each stay!

All 7 bedrooms are setup with their own smart TV including apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, and YouTube.

Enjoy are complimentary HIGH SPEED internet! 1,000 Mbps. Ideal for large families and all of their favorite devices.

Private pool with jacuzzi can be heated upon request for a daily rate of $35 (only available for the entire stay). Grill fee $70 per stay - includes a full propane tank (must also be requested in advance).

Hotel style shampoo, soap, and lotion are provided in every bathroom.

Pets allowed for an additional fee of $150 for cleaning.

We STRONGLY suggest that pool security fence stay up at all times for safety!

Great Trip!

This was a great property. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando. My wife and I had a trip with family to Disney and this was a great place to stay. Very clean and very homey. Thank you!!

Holiday weekend with minimal family

The house was nice and spacious, and the neighborhood has many nice amenities one can pay to use. We didn’t have a great check-in process. After waiting an hour in line to check-in with the neighborhood, we still didn’t receive the information to check into the house. Had to call customer service to receive a reply from the Vrbo account. When trying to input code to the house, the keypad didn’t even work and was told from the host account to call a random number. I am still not sure who this individual is, but stated he would send someone to change the battery so we could use the front door, and gave us the code to use the garage. No one ever came to fix it. The house was filled with items as listed, but the dishes were not cleaned correctly, nor were the bedding or bath towels,( towels and rags have holes in them) etc. We went to the store to get other cleaning items to use (left for subsequent guests). There were also many items that should have been fixed, like 3/4 of the blinds missing from the back door, the couch was sagging in, a chair outside was missing a leg, the legs on the dining room chairs were missing little pieces. There was hair on the beds and pillows, in the bathroom, soap dispensers had minimal soap in them, the vents need to be cleaned, carpets need to be cleaned, etc. there was also a strong sharp odor we kept smelling in rooms and throughout the house at times. When making coffee the first morning there, there was mold inside of the coffee maker

Amazing Hostess!

My family and I had the pleasure staying at this beautiful vacation/resort home, that included such a nice neighborhood! Jacqueline took care in making sure we had everything we needed and made sure we was comfortable! Her communication skills was 10/10, with just overall accommodating! We had a large group of 15 and we had more space than needed! I definitely recommend booking this beautiful vacation home! Will be back soon! -Thanks, Rashi

Excellent property

The house is almost new and has many great amenities, including a heated pool, game console, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay, and it was worth every penny spent. Great gated and secured community and lots of activities for kids. The property owner communicated promptly and properly facilitated our check-in and check-out process.

Great Home

This place is beautiful. I was very impressed how clean it was . The beds were so comfortable i slept like a baby . It is very spacious and great to enjoy a vacation . I want to say the of all the places i have stayed the host was very on top of anything we needed communication was great and that to me is important. I 100% recommend this home . Will love to stay there again
