Muy poca limpieza, y aunque me indicaron que no acepataban mascotas, vi un huesped, que tenía en su cuarto a dos perros habitando con él. Además de que la foto publicitaria no representa las terribles condiciones en que se encuentra el hotel.

The hotel lacks maintenance. When we arrived to our room there was a dent in the bed, the room key didn't work, and the elevator felt as though I was on rollercoaster ride (very bumpy). I did not enjoy my stay here at all.

The bed and bed sheets had dried blood on them and they replaced the sheets but would not change my room there were people all night long outside my room

Guy at front desk was not friendly at all. The rooms were run down like a motel facility grounds needs updating . Bathroom shower was also grungy . Hair dryer didn’t work. Carpet in rooms were dirty and lifting up . Would never stay here again.

Did not stay! First room door did not open / AC was make a lot of noise. Second room was not made up, looked like someone had just got out of bed. Did not stay for a third try. Pictures presented on Expedia must have been from 50 years ago. Will expect a total refund or will never use Expedia again.

Fast and easy check in. Good price. Located right by the airport. I booked last minute when I was stuck in Orlando for a few hours between flights. I only stayed a total of 4 hours but it was perfect for what I needed. Clean beds. Bathroom area could use some updating. I didn’t get a chance to have their included breakfast but people seemed to be enjoying it as I checked out.

The rooms were disgusting. The bottom of the bathroom mirros were all broken and the tub and bathroom floors were so incredibly gross we did not take a shower! Pics on the internet to view are nothing like in person. I actually feel like we should get our money back.

Need refurb. Dated and in poor repair. Smelled moldy and the carpet was damp amd dirty. Toilet ran until you jiggled the handle. No change at the front desk. Only decaf in the room. Would not go back.

Manuel at front desk reception was very accommodating with check in and finding an appropriate room. The room was very clean. The breakfast area tiles by machines could be updated or thoroughly cleaned did not know if age is a factor. I thought there was an airport shuttle but that was my mistake, one has to pay $26.00 for a taxi to go to airport. Proximity to airport great. I did not like having to carry my suitcases on by one to the room there was no help with that..The taxi driver carried it to the taxi on my departure. I had never stayed at an Inn before so it was a new experience. Very pleasant staff.

To start, I contracted pink eye after sleeping on the pillows at this hotel. The room was musty and didn't look cleaned. We arrived very late after a delayed flight into town so we didn't have the energy to inspect the room before sleeping. There is a bar in the parking lot of the hotel. There were questionable people lingering around late at night. We could hear the people on the other side of our wall being rowdy and talking loudly all night. We were in a time crunch the next morning and didn't have time to discuss our issues with anyone before leaving.

Our room was dirty; sheets did not fully cover the lower mattress and the mattress was VERY stained - we slept on top of the covers. Rug was stained, the Lampshade had water stains, no fan in bathroom, bathroom door didn't shut unless you forced it. Dining area lobby tables were not wiped down. Elevators did not work. Parking was fine, and available close to the room. Would not recommend it.

For a motel It’s clean but the property it’s self is old and dated and the rooms need to be updated and repainted!! The staff was friendly and accommodating when a problem arose! Check in and check out was quick and smooth!

I somehow ended up with a handicap room. The bathroom was ginormous. I had trouble getting into the tub because it was plastic and it was a little higher than a normal tub that we would stand in. The tub floor was cushy and I felt uneasy on my feet. Someone before left the clock alarm on to go off at 5:30 am. People outside kept slamming car doors almost all night. I could see sunlight through the edge of the door. The place is a dump but, I need a place to sleep in a hurry and I didn't have time to go look for a decent hotel that late at night. This is a high volume of people hotel because of the airport.

The room we stayed in was awful. The elevator was broken and we were.on the 3rd floor. There was no one there to even help brimg our bags up to our room. There were orange stains on the sheets and water dripping from the bathtub constantly. The shower head was too low on the wall to get my head under, and i am 5'4" I asked for an additional blanket and was told to adjust the temperature on the heater/air-conditioner. All in all a waste of money!! This location should be called a MOTEL. NOT A HOTEL.
