The location is within 10-20 minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and Downtown Orlando.

Ending Review

The property had obviously been updated at some point in the previous years as suggested by the photos in the listing. Over the years there has been some wear and tear more than we expected. We contacted the owner with concerns about damaged cookware, missing overhead lights and other minor issues. After sending photos he immediately ordered new pots and sent someone over to handle some of the other issues. Overall the property served its purpose and we were quite comfortable for our 3 week stay. If you are more then 2 or 3 staying there ( the condo sleeps 6) I would suggest requesting additional silverware and linens.

Great stay

This place was clean and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect for easily strolling to the places we needed to go. However, the kitchen items were minimal.

Far exceeded expectations!

Spacious & clean with updated decor & appliances. Very comfortable beds. Excellent bathrooms. The toilet paper holder & towel racks need to be tightened but not a big problem. Located away from traffic. Pool is a short walk away & visible via the master bedroom window. Basketball goal & tennis court also next to unit. Huge closets. Pool towels included. Assorted sports rackets, balls, beach gear as well. Full-sized washer/dryer. Easy drive to Disney and a short drive to the SunRail for fun trip to downtown Orlando for shopping & lunch. About a :35 minute train ride. Close to restaurants, Target. King in master, queen I& twins in other two bedrooms. Nest AC. We spent two weeks here and it felt like home.

Very Comfortable and Clean

The place was beautifully done and clean. The neighborhood was a little far from the parks and was hit or miss at times (i.e., totaled car in parking lot and people yelling late a night).

Great stay at this property! Everything was clean upon arrival and the beds and couches were extremely comfortable. Rainfall showers were a nice perk too after long days at the parks and exploring Orlando! Only wish would be for a ceiling fan or tower fans in the two non master bedrooms. Would stay again!

So enjoyed our stay

Family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. Everything about the place was very comfortable.. the layout, the sofas, beds, and bathrooms. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient. It was also nice having a stick vacuum for the hardwood floors. There were a few times we could hear the people at the swimming pool and some neighbors upstairs late in the evening but it wasn’t too much of a nuisance. There was always close parking outside too. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

Loved the place, It was super clean, spacious, comfortable, and great location. We had everything close to us. Each room was spacious enough for the kids, the closets were big, the beds were super comfortable and easy to maintain clean. The kitchen came well stocked with pots and pans and everything else, not to mention coffee!!! (No groceries included) The only Big issue we had is that the kids rooms didn’t have TV, we were there for 12 days and some days were rest days not park days and we had to schedule TV time for them to share the living room TV, and our cell phone carrier, we had terrible connection in that are, we also struggled with the wifi, it wasn’t fast enough. Once we would leave the are our phones worked better. But that will not stop us from staying there again, loved the place and the property owner maintained excellent communication with us throughout the time we were there.

Great space and location

We enjoyed this apartment. The proximity to all major attractions make this place unique, it’s clean and has everything you need to make it a temporary home. All the beds are incredibly comfortable (very important to get some rest after a hectic day at the parks).
