Other Things to Note:

Resort Registration Required: After booking, you will receive a secure registration link that must be completed before arrival. This allows the resort to prepare your gate access and parking pass. Failure to complete the registration before check-in may delay your access to the community.

Patio Light: The switch that controls the outdoor light by the patio gate is located on the wall to the left of the hot tub, near the bottom.

Self check-in is available for your convenience.

Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is currently not operational and is not available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding.

A $25 parking pass fee per vehicle is required and payable to the Terra Verde Resort Clubhouse upon arrival.

The home is located within a gated resort with 24-hour security.
