Other Things to Note:

Guest Registration Required: After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a secure online registration form that must be completed before check-in instructions and access codes are released. This helps us verify reservations and ensure a smooth arrival.



Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.



Additional Cleaning: The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and turnover after your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning or additional labor beyond a standard turnover, additional cleaning charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be documented and submitted through the booking platform.



Smoking, Vaping & Odors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are also responsible for preventing smoke, marijuana, or similar strong odors from entering or remaining inside the property, including through open doors or windows. If deodorizing, ozone treatment, or other remediation is required, additional charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be documented and submitted through the booking platform.



Parties & Events: Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.



Property-Specific Information



Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional $100 pet fee per stay. Pets must be included on the reservation and the applicable pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.



Parking Pass: A $25 parking pass fee per vehicle is required and is payable directly to the Terra Verde Resort Clubhouse upon arrival.



Hot Tub Notice: The private hot tub is currently not operational and is not available for guest use.



Resort & Community: The home is located within the gated Terra Verde Resort with 24-hour security. Guests are required to observe all applicable community rules and quiet hours.
