Lake Wilson Family Getaway Villa - Close to Disney!

A beautiful home in the heart of Orlando, 15 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal! With endless activities and amenities such as a full size pool, spacious playing areas, game room with billiards table and more, the residence is sure to entertain the whole family. The villa can comfortably home up to 8 guests, having 4 rooms with 6 beds. We are happy to accommodate all of our guests, please feel free to reach out with any questions!

THE SPACE:
The home is located in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet, laid-back and family friendly community in the heart of Orlando - approximately 15 minutes away from Disney World! This spectacular residence contains 4 bedrooms - two with double sized beds and two containing duo single beds. The rooms with double sized beds each have their own restroom, while the third restroom is located in the living room area. There is a full size pool on the property so remember to bring a bathing suit! The family can also have some fun in the garage/game room where there is a billiards table.

LIVING ROOM AREA:
Right as you walk in, you will be greeted with a luxurious dining area connected to the main common area including a large sofa in front of an HD 65” Smart TV loaded with your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and more.

KITCHEN:
The fully functional spacious kitchen has everything you need. Containing appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, and more! We have also ensured to have the kitchen stocked with essentials such as cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, and more kitchen basics. Child friendly options such as cutlery, plates, and cups are also available.

BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom contains cozy fresh-washed sheets on their respective beds, along with full size closets and dressers. A child friendly crib is also available for use in the home.
Bedroom 1: Double sized bed with TV and bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double sized bed with bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds.

BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms come ready with fully functional toilet-sink-shower combos. We also include numerous essentials such as hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, multiple fresh towels, hairdryers, and more.

POOL:
There is a lovely spacious pool located in the rear yard of the home. It is illuminated during the nighttime decorated with a perforated fence to keep mosquitos out while allowing the sunlight to come in. There are numerous pool toys available for use in the pool area. The pool is 5 feet deep, we will include noodles and other floater devices for smaller children to be able to enjoy as well.

LAUNDRY AND GARAGE:
There is a dedicated area of the home for laundry, including a full size dryer and washer, ironing board, and most essentials such as laundry detergent, an iron, dish soap, etc. Garage has a modern billiards table, ready for use.

ONLY ONE (1) vehicle permitted on the driveway, a second vehicle will fit inside the garage you will have to move the pool table.

Overnight street parking is not permitted.
