THE SPACE

This comfortable retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, plus open living and dining spaces where everyone can relax together.

The primary suite includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and other essentials are provided.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home and its listed amenities, including the kitchen, living and dining spaces, all bedrooms and bathrooms, movie theater, laundry room, screened pool, patio, backyard, and driveway parking.

GOOD TO KNOW

• This home has a private pool only; there is no hot tub or spa.
• Optional pool heat is $40 per night and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival. The target temperature is approximately 89°F/31°C and performance can vary with outdoor conditions. Pool heat is generally unnecessary May through September.
• Pool service is scheduled on Tuesdays and normally takes about 10 minutes.
• Up to 2 approved pets may stay. Each pet must be under 25 lb, at least 1 year old, hypoallergenic, and non-shedding. A $150 pet fee applies per stay, and advance approval is required.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and lake.
• Early check-in and late checkout may be requested in advance but are not guaranteed.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties, events, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
