Amazing modern private 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms townhome is located in the desired & gated community of Lakeside! Lakeside Reserve is extremely well maintained and offers community pool, playground and more! This amazing town home come with a Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom comes with a King bed and third our Mickey Mouse theme bedroom that comes with a Full bunk bed.
Community pool and play ground are minutes away from the property.

Just MINUTES away from the front and back gates of WALT DISNEY WORLD. Conveniently located to the major roadways that can lead you and your guests to all that central Florida has to offer including a countless number of restaurants, shopping and other amusements.

Come with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by excitement!

The carpet was very dirty, the furniture very old and broken, the only clean thing was the bathrooms. The house smelled bad. The stair railing was broken and some of the lights wouldn’t turn on.

Needs work, check before booking

If you're just looking to have a roof over your head, then this property is perfect. If you want everything you'd expect from a vacation rental, then check with the property to ensure all the issues I've listed below have been addressed, some which had been brought up by thr renters prior to me. Here is a list of the items that should be addressed. 1. The downstairs toilet and the toilet in the master bedroom both need new tank kits. 2. The bedroom door to the master bedroom will not close and latch. The bathroom in the hallway also will not close and latch. 3. The sink in the hallway bathroom leaks, quite a bit. 4. Although, it's not a huge deal the t.v. in the master bedroom is useless due to the fact there is no way to watch anything on it. I did reach out to the property at the beginning of our stay to try and address these issues and received a prompt response, but was not able to get them resolved. When I requested a partial refund, mainly due to having to eat out at night because the refrigerator didn't work, the property refunded me $26.40 out of the $478.98 I paid. Lastly, the condo did not appear to have been cleaned. There was trash in the trash cans inside the condo.

Spring break escape

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for family of four. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Just wanted to tell you about a few things. The kitchen cabinet doors are dirty. Whoever does your cleaning should really be wiping them down- they feel sticky. Please repair the broken tiles. They are in the path to the kitchen. It’s inconvenient to have to step around them. The master bedroom is quite bright at night you should install some room darkening shades. The 1/2 bath toilet doesn’t work well. It needs new hardware. The toilet in the master bedroom handle sticks so you have to push it up or the tank doesn’t fill. The sink doesn’t drain well on the right side in the master bathroom. In reality the “kid-sized” toilets should be upgraded to chair-height oval shaped units. There is a large stain in the bedroom with bunk beds which should really be cleaned along with a few spots in the master bedroom. Same color as in the room with the bunk beds. These stains were already here when we arrived. I would give a five star rating but can’t due to the carpets, cabinets and toilets. I’d give your place at Lakeside a 4. Beach towels would be nice 😊.
