Worst rental ever

dirty floors Smelling furnitures Flies all over the house outside and inside No bath towels for 14 people Only 1 bath towel per bath And last poor amount of kitchen pots to cook

Horrible experience! Avoid this property!

It was a horrible experience. I had many issues with the property, VRBO, property owner, Tracy and property manager. I will never use VRBO for a rental again. I had to leave the rental because the owner insisted on showing the house when there is a pandemic going on While my daughter and I were staying in the property. I was offered no alternate lodging, no compensation, and was charged for 2 nights, cleaning fee, and pool heating fee. We only stayed one night of our 6 night reservation because of all the issues. Also noticed that once we got home, ALL of our clothing and luggage smelled like mold and mildew from the property. I am disputing the numerous overcharges with my bank. AVOID this property at ALL costs!!!

Florida in February

Good sized home for a big group. We had nine people and everyone had plenty of space. The location was good, not too close to any busy roads but not too far away from shopping and Disney. Pool was a nice option when we got back from Disney.

Kissimmee stay!

Overall we had a good time because I refused to let little things ruin my vacation that I payed so much for, but I would not go back to this property. Cons: The property manager lacks in keeping up with this property. I own 20 rentals myself and I would have to get a new property manager if this was one of my rentals. The kitchen is not very well stocked, as in the bottom of most pots to cook in are mostly Burnt up from past usage. The kitchen lacked pot holders so as I was about to grab something out of oven there was nothing to grab with other than a towel. The grill we payed for was not there when we first got there, when it did get there it was really dirty and not kept up well but we used anyway. The heat to the spa/jacuzzi and pool was not working when we got there but I was refunded a day of pool heat but it Did not work until day 3. The remotes to 2 rooms were missing. Blinds in the main master room were broken and half down so if someone was in pool and you were in the bedroom anyone could see you. The air in the master room did not flow very well at all... so hot and there is no ceiling fan. The pool sticks to the pool table in the game room have no tips on them so you could not even play pool. The amount of wash cloths and towels provided for a 14 person house was insufficient. Pros: this is a huge place It had enough room to feel comfortable in with 3 families. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit once the heat did start to work. It’s super close to Disney the location is wonderful. The baby high chair and crib were very helpful with my 1 year old. I really Did love and enjoy my vacation here but I think for what you pay the property management company should put more effort into assuring minor/major things are in order inside and outside of the house before the customers arrival because a customer does not want to spend there vacation calling the property manager about things In a rental house that are missing, Or not working.

Family fun

Great house. Great location. Beautiful community. Would definitely recommend. Stayed with another family and there was plenty of space. Kids loved the pool and game room.

A group of 12 softball players stayed for a tournament.

Where should I start. I have stayed at houses in this resort many times in the past and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. 1. Paid for spa/pool heat for the entire stay. It didn't work until the Thursday before we had to leave. So we got 3 and a half days of it working. If this wasnt bad enough the communication with the owners Tracy and Kevin was an absolute disaster. I would have to follow up everyday on what the update was on the spa/pool heating situation. Their response was they would contact the property manager. Well after three days of not having heat in the spa/pool the owners offered me a full refund. Now understand I reserved this place place from September 30th until October 6th. Guess what...still no refund. Not only have I not received a refund which Tracy and Kevin tlld me would be coming via a check. I have their promise in my inbox of a full refund. October 24th and nothing. 2. Contacted owners about having two bee hives in the entry way on the Friday before we had to check out. Sunday came around and still have two bee hives in the entryway. Terrible sense of urgency for the safety of their guests. 3. The house was clean but we did find and kill 10 cockroaches in the house. I have never had an issue at any other house in Emerald Island having cockroaches. 4. The communication between the owners Tracy and Kevin with me was terrible at best. Again I had to initiate the conversation with updates on the spa/pool heat. No action on the bee hives. I have also tried to email them about getting the refund and they have ignored me on both October 22nd and October 23rd. I currently have a ticket through VRBO to try to get my refund and a representative from VRBO was able to look at our conversation confirming that they did say I would get a full refund. They sent an email to the owners yesterday October 23rd and guess what....no response as of 2am central time on October 25th. Overall I would never in my life pay for another rental owned by these two people. Terrible service...terrible communication. In my opinion they give Emerald Island a bad name. I dont usually like to give these types of comments but the service was that bad. Avoid if possible.

The WiFi didn’t work. I told the maintenance guy about the flies around the garbage and he took care

The house was so nice overall. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced. You should put a diagram how to open the door in the dining area. The people with kids probably used that to enter the pool area. The game room was tooooo hot to use . They put a unit in 3 days before we had to check out. Other than that the house was family friendly. Thank you for the use of your home.

Great Location

Enjoyed the property and it’s location to the theme parks. However, I was charged $100 for a small stain on a pillow (that cost no more than $20) and the couch for the maid service to wipe it off... I didn’t like that but that’s why I always buy vacation protection insurance for small incidents. Other than that.. my stay was great!

Large and Roomy

We had a large group with six small children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was large, the Laundry room was convenient and the pool was great. We searched for a home that had five rooms with king/queen beds and this one was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Also the community clubhouse was fun with the pool, sauna, spa and tiki bar. Location was great and close to tons of restaurants, Target and a grocery store. Most importantly this home is approximately 10-15 minutes from all of the Disney Parks! We had a great time and would recommend this house!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for large group

The home was awesome! More than enough space for a family of 8 including several disabled. Pool was very nice and grounds kept up. Neighbors were very loud into the night, but security got right on it. Very close to all the Disney parks (furthest was Disney Springs which only took about 20 minutes with traffic). Tracy and Steve are both pleasures to deal with and we look forwarding to booking again with them soon! It really made our vacation special!

Fantastic house - Minutes to Disney

Had a great stay here. Place was huge and very well cared for. Everything was clean and well decorated. The parks are literally just 15 minutes away. The pool was nice and warm, and enjoyed the spa as well, though it take several minutes for it to heat up, it did get nice and hot. Overall a fantastic experience, and we will definitely come back
