House Rules

* No parties or loud activities permitted. If unauthorized parties
occur, guests will face extra cleaning charges and may be asked to
vacate the property immediately.
* Pets are allowed with a $170 pet deposit (maximum of 2 pets).
* Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
* Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Use the
reserved parking space matching the property's street address, and
if necessary, designated "guest" parking spaces.

Use of Amenities

* The pool and spa are available for use, but note that heating
requires an additional cost and must be requested for the entire
stay. Also, the house does not have a hot tub; the jets in the pool
are air injected and will not heat the water.
* Pool towels are provided and must be cared for and left in the
property.
* BBQ grill use must be requested in advance and will incur a
cleaning fee.
* Valet trash pick-up occurs daily after 11 AM. All waste must be
bagged and tied securely; loose items, needles, or sharp objects
are not allowed.

Community Guidelines

* Deliveries can be made directly to the property using private
carriers. The resort does not handle or store packages on behalf of
guests.
