* No smoking allowed inside the property.
* No parties or loud activities are permitted. Unauthorized parties
may result in extra cleaning charges and guests being asked to
vacate the property.

Parking

* Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
* The house has parking spaces for 2 vehicles, and a garage for 2
additional cars.
* Parking on the street is not allowed. Illegally parked cars are
subject to towing or parking tickets at the owner's expense.

Shipping Policy

* All deliveries should be done via private carriers such as FedEx,
UPS, or USPS using the property address for door delivery. The
resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of
guests.

Trash Collection

* Door-step trash collection begins after 11 AM, 7 days a week. All
waste must be bagged and tied; loose items will not be collected.
Do not include needles or sharp objects. Cardboard boxes should be
broken down.

Use of Amenities

* The pool and spa do not include a hot tub. The pool heating service
incurs an additional charge and must be booked for the whole stay.
* Notify the property in advance if planning to use the BBQ grill; a
fee applies for setup and cleaning.
* Pool towels are provided and should be left in the home at the end
of the stay.
