* Online purchases should be shipped via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX as USPS
does not deliver to the property.
* The property is self-catering; guests are advised to purchase
personal toiletries and meals upon arrival.
* Wash towels are considered personal items and guests are advised to
bring their own, although other types of towels are provided in
accordance with guest numbers.
* Additional charges may be incurred if the property requires extra
cleaning or repair due to non-compliance with house rules.
