Recently refurbished to a very high, modern standard, the villa itself has been furnished to make this your home away from home. The main feel of the house is one of spaciousness. This home has 1 King bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and 2 kid's bedrooms.

The living area is at the back of the house, with a comfortable, large leather sofa and a large flat screen TV as well as a view onto the pool deck. The home has a separate dining area and the kitchen is all set with what you need to make that nice family dinner. Everything that you could possibly need is supplied from laundry facilities, major kitchen appliances, all linens and towels.

​​​​​​​*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

All vehicles MUST be parked on the driveway. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the streets or grass, or block sidewalks. No RV's or trailers are permitted. All additional vehicles MUST park elsewhere. Failure to follow these guidelines can/will result in fines and/or vehicle(s) being towed at the vehicle's owner's expense.
