Sweetwater Club è un condominio resort con una varietà di attività per tutte le età. Il condominio si trova fuori dalla rotta US192 ea pochi minuti da Disney World, Sea World e Universal Studios.

Il condominio è di proprietà privata, ben arredato e curato. Ha tutti i comfort di casa, tranne che puliremo dopo il vostro soggiorno. Il condominio dispone di una cucina completa, tavolo e sedie, moquette e pavimento in piastrelle di ceramica e un ampio soggiorno sul soffitto della cattedrale con un divano letto queen-size. Il soggiorno e tutte le camere sono arredate con la propria TV via cavo. La connessione Internet wireless è inclusa. Abbiamo anche un'unità del piano inferiore simile.

Una camera da letto ha un letto king-size con bagno privato e balcone sciopero. La seconda camera da letto completamente arredata ha 2 letti singoli e la terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. È disponibile anche una culla per bambini. Il condominio con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone.

Great place, we have stayed there twice now. Clean and everything there for your needs. The pool and recreation center is only opened 9am to 9 pm now. Was the only little bad thing if you like to get up early and use the gym you can’t. Other than that it was great. Thanks for another fun family getaway to make memories

Overall a very, very nice place for the cost. Convenient. Overall clean, though the bathroom tile had some ‘stuff’ stuck to it, not mentioning what. Very spacious place! Huge closets. One room, the light switch for the lamp didn’t work so had to plug and unplug. Could not get any of the TV’s to work. Beds were not comfortable, but bedding was very clean, with ample pillows and blankets. Had starter supplies and wide variety of stocked dishes and utensils. Had a lot of books for those that enjoy reading. I would definitely stay again; the value was great- just could use a few improvements.

Very nice condo. It is as advertised. Very large living and dining areas. Bedrooms are very nice. All appliances worked. The entire place was very clean. Good neighborhood. Close to the parks.

Lovely, huge condo

Really lovely stay at this condo! The place was huge and perfect location to get around to everything. Pool was lovely and really close to the condo. Air con worked perfectly and kept us cool. A couple of bits that could have been improved - the dishwasher was full when we opened it to use it for the first time, there was black mould all around the window in the kids bedroom, and an old water bottle left there. Lastly, there was a wasps nest outside the front door - we complained and the host said they couldn't sort for 2 days due to it being Easter. We said we couldn't wait 2 days with a toddler in the house, they said they would sort the next day but the nest wasn't removed until the day after. This didn't affect us as the wasps stayed in their nest but was a bit scary for us having to walk under it every day to get in and out. Other than those bits, we had an amazing stay!

Clean, Comfy…Update

We had a comfortable and clean time at this property. The amenities are nice and available. The location was a deal for places to eat and travel.I would highly recommend an update to the bathrooms (old small toilets) and white sheets for all the bedding. It just creates more trust and a better overall feel.Thank you for your hard work and maintenance

Comfortable and beautiful

The facilities were very nice, the space was great. The beds were very comfortable. When I needed I was able to reach the host or management with no problems or delays. I definitely recommend this location.

Clean, excellent location w pool/clubhouse for BBQ. Quiet & Safe for LaborDay2024 w 5family/friends

Wonderful! ThankU for all the basics supplied. 4 adults/1child w plenty of room, relaxed eves charcoal BBQ area, club pool, pool table, exercise equip & clubhouse. We only had to buy the charcoal and left the lighter, grill spatulas, aluminum foil as other guest have done before when used last remaining. 2 couches pull out to beds, BR beds comfy, ceiling fans w air conditioning great air circulation. Loved view of palms sway fr windows as unit has outside landscape trees. Condo is on 2nd floor, just inside road entrance close to clubhouse/pool. Publix & Walmart for supplies very close 1-3 miles. It is not a gated community but we found very safe, quiet. No trash/litter outside w grounds/condo very VERY clean. Thanks - that means no bugs found -- always high risk in Florida! Don't go barefoot - small snake in grass by BBQ area. The property warns all about this. Supplies: 4 dishwash pods, 1 Lg garbage bag. We left Tide laundry liquid as used the last of what was there. We also left 2:1 shower shampoo/conditioner as we used the last that was there. We were supplied enough toilet paper for the week (2rolls/BR). Maxwell Coffee, filters, tea bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic utensils, salt, pepper and some spices all found in the pantry which we used for grilling/storing food. Kitchen w full sized stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker (not Keurig) and blender, toaster w plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, steak and cutting knives all included. No issues! Thx

Sweetwater circle condo

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks vacation, the kids loved the apt and didn’t want to leave. It was very spacious, quiet, neat, well put together. I will definitely stay here again. We have no problems with anyone and everyone was very kind and helpful. Thanks to Fay For accepting my booking and giving us the opportunity to enjoy our Disney vacation to the fullest.

Our 3rd Time

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this same property over the last few years and we were just as happy as previous visits. For us it's a good location, 15 ~ 20 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal (depending on the traffic lights, compared with the UK we seemed to spend a long, long time waiting for red lights to turn green !) The condo is spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location, all at a good price. We will definitely use it again if available for our next visit to Orlando / Kissimmee.

Disney Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect for four adults and two children. A short and easy drive on the Disney parks and one day we spent at the complex pool and grilled dinner.

Golf trip

WiFi was spotty for five days and TV was on and off for the same amount. Lights were blinking for half the week then everything cleared up. Not sure if it was an outside problem or a property problem. Other then that everything was good

Golf Vrbo

We had always stayed in hotel rooms for our golf trips previously .... Never again . The difference of having your own place was emmence . It was difficult to tell how nice this Condo was going to be and it met and exceeded all of our expectations . Clean , totally appointed condo , in a quiet development . We used the pool and hot tub daily . If it is available for our week next year , we will book !!

Bueno..en relación al precio

Es una casa muy grande y cómoda.. pensamos que era toda la imagen y en realidad es un departamento arriba y otro abajo. Por lo tanto tenía escaleras.. algo que no fue impedimento para nosotros.. pero creo que es para mencionar. Tiene todo lo necesario y más para vivir… aunque en lo personal un poco anticuada en la decoracion y la iluminación..hay alfombras en los cuartos y en el living.. estaban limpias, pero si es algo que no les gusta lo menciono. Es excelente su ubicación cerca de todo.. los elementos para cocinar para lavar y secar la ropa. La verdad pasamos unos hermosos días.

Nice!

Nice condo. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom needs re-stretched so it’s not a hazard for vision impaired and elderly people. The bottom of the front door should also be sealed better as there is a tiny opening where the critters are entering.
