Lovely 4 Bedroom Home-Wifi-Private Pool-Close to Disney


This villa has 4 bedrooms/2 en-suite masters, 3 bathrooms, and a 30'x15' private pool , sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 10 minutes from Disney World, 2
minutes away from the championship golf course and near all the major
attractions.

MAIN FEATURES:
*Cable TVs in all the bedrooms and family room
* Unlimited free WIFI
*Two en suite master bedrooms, one king bed, and one queen bed
*Two twin bedrooms with 4 twin beds
*Washer and dryer, bed linen, and towels provided.
*Dining room and breakfast nook, fully-equipped kitchen
*Patio furniture and child safety pool fence
*High chair and crib is available at no cost
*Game room with basic pool table and foosball table

There is a screened private heatable pool with a safety fence for your relaxation. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. The east-facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year.

We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-
hour support for our guests.

Notes:
Pool heating is optional at $30/day or $175 per week plus 12% tax, recommended for October-April;
Gas grill use is optional $40/wk plus 12% tax;

The price quoted on the "Book it" or "Detailed Price" button does not include these fees.

older home

the home was older and well worn. While the house needs heavy renewal (rusty sinks in the bathrooms) could use new appliances. the fridge while it does work is busted up inside and the ice maker makes a lot out banging and noise. The electric stove could be upgraded. the mattress in the master should be replaced. House is livable but would be more in line with the prices if a few bucks were invested.

So good we already booked next year!

Home is spacious and furniture is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped which is important for us since we stayed a month and cooked a lot. Pool is fabulous and bigger than expected. We used it almost every day. Note we did pay for pool to be heated and the temperature was great. Plenty of pool towels. Location is close to everything. Mei and her management company were quick to respond. Looking forward to going back next Spring.

Shabby vacation home

Nice neighbourhood, close to Disney, close to shops, restaurants and outlets. House was dirty and in poor condition through long or hard use or lack of care. Furniture and appliances need replacing. Pool security fence was damaged and "repaired" by means of tieraps. Front door did not close properly. Security key of front door lock was not changed in months. Coffee cups had very dirty cracks and tears, and were thrown away and replaced by us. Electric lighting in master bathroom was damaged and therefore very dangerous. Pool sliding door could hardly be moved. Pool fencing was damaged, pool fence door was damaged. And so on, and so on.... Despite all this we had a nice vacation, but it could have been so much better with a little bit of love and care for this house...

Davenport delight

Hot pool, hot jacuzzi were perfect. Size of the house for the 7 of us was great. Showers had plenty of hot water and great pressure. 7 minutes away from Publix and or target which was very convenient. Private neighborhood and private home.

Had Better

When I arrived the house was not that clean, had to have it cleaned again. The people who stayed here before me broke a door jam in the bedroom, I had no internet service because they unplugged the router. which is an easy fix if there weren't so many wires tangled behind the computer where it sat. The door handle on the refrigerator was broken, the dust from the A/C vents were all over the ceiling & the ceiling fans had 1/2 inch of dust on them. We could not stay in the one master bedroom because the box spring on the bed was so worn out. We had to take the mattress and put it on the two twin box springs in the other bedroom. All the beds in general were awful. The remotes for each tv were not working. The front master bedroom's bathroom smelled like a locker room no matter how many times you cleaned it. An air freshener didn't even work. Most of the lights throughout the house were burned out. The couches were very uncomfortable. The villa manager was HORRIBLE. The maintenance guy was great but did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate. The pool guy did not clean the pool, he just came through every Monday and threw chlorine and other chemicals in the pool. Bottom line, if you are renting out your house there should be someone coming in and making sure everything is where it should be. Come down and check out the house. Make sure the house is in a fashion that YOU would want to spend your vacation and your money. p.s. I'm glad I didn't pay for the grille because it was rusted and old.

Very nice self-contained property featuring all amenities and conviniently located

This is a very good house with complete access to all amenities and enough room for everyone. The house is very nicely located with easy access to Disney and Universal parks among other attractions. Having a pool and the game room are a big bonus! The house also is clean and well maintained. The owner is very responsive which makes it an overall enjoyable experience. We would definitely look forward to visit again!

Rental House Review

The house was above our expectations since this was our first experience with both house rentals and VRBO. The description of the house was on the mark except for the "Game Room". If you are using it as an amenity then I expected that some of it was in usable condition. The pool table had one cue and was not level, the Ping Pong table had no supports for the net, the foosball game rod came apart, the air hockey table was not blowing enough air. All of this did not matter to us because we were too busy with other thins, parks etc. As I said, the house was well above our expectations and all other amenities were well represented.
