The place was clean, spacious and updated nicely. The complex the place is in, is not the best in terms of cleanliness. Pool was green when we arrived and we had to complain to get it resolved. They resolved it right away but the overall condition of the grounds is like an apartment complex.

Location was good. Price was good. Needed some lights changed out. One of the TVs was broken, but didn't really impact the trip. Could use some updating.

Really Disappointed

I’ll start off with I’ve rented many VRBO properties over the years and the majority of the time the properties have been very good, not this one. I’ll start off with the good, it’s very close to Disney. Whoever rents this property does it on a shoe string, there’s not much there. We couldn’t find washcloths there was one towel per person and nothing as far as kitchen supplies. However my biggest problem was the cleanliness of the property. We arrived very late and had to leave very early the next day. My friend took a shower and then walked around the condo barefoot for a few minutes (from the bathroom to where her suitcase was). She lifted up her leg to put her sock on and the bottom of her feet were brown like dirt. It was disgusting. Then I started to look around. The bathmats in the bathroom had white speckles all over them, then there was mold around the shower on the first floor. I was worried because we rented this same condo on our way out of Orlando. I sent a text to the owner ask that he have someone mop the entire place before we returned the following Friday. He said his cleaning person was going out there the next day and he’d talk to them. So flash forward to the following Friday. Again we arrive late, the same friend takes a shower walks barefoot to her suitcase and her feet were filthy again. I wish there was a way to upload photos here because we documented everything with photos. It appeared as if no cleaning took place. I would not stay here again.

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay. The best thing about the condo is hands down the location. It's only a 10-minute drive to any of Disney's parks The townhome is also clean and comfortable. We do have a couple of suggestions however - it would have been nice to have had a couple of laundry pods for the washer. We came from NC and CO and can't travel with detergent. It's usually standard at other properties. I'd say the same thing about basic things like a spatula, salt & pepper / basic spices, cooking spray, hair dryer, etc. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks!

Reunion with children and grandchildren.

This property and condo was perfect for our family. We felt right at home and very comfortable with 6 adults and two children. The location for every thing was easy to navigate to our excursions. I highly recommend it!!
