As advertised

The house suited our needs perfectly! The back patio door was very tough as some other reviews remarked, however, went out and bought some WD40 and cleaned and oiled the track and the door was much better. Infants play pen was not 100% as one side was broken and it didn’t matter to us as my 7 month old isn’t standing, next year however, if not replaced it may pose a problem to a toddler standing in it. TV situation was brilliant and the outdoor space was super private! We have been in the Orlando area 8 times and this house was the best one we have stayed in!

Home away from Home

This is our second year in a row staying in this beautiful home. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is an easy drive to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The home is fully equipped and comfortable. We love to sit by the propane fireplace in the evenings. The homeowners are absolutely the best The lines of communication are always open if anything is needed. Looking forward to next years.

Beautiful home but needs minor upgrades

The home was super spacious, beautiful, quiet neighborhood and loved the privacy. A few issues, which I let the host know about. If upgrades are made would stay again. Very fast response.

Home away from home!

We had a great vacation, the communication with the host was excellent, the location of the house and the neighborhood was very nice, the privacy of the pool was excellent, very close to Disney Magic Kindom! we highly recommend it!

Nice home

Clean home, nice pool! Great neighborhood. Not as many beds as I thought. Listed as sleeping 14 , we had 13 and my nephew had to sleep in the couch.

Great family villa

Easy booking process, lovely villa, very clean, and spacious. Pool area large with plenty of seating area, including covered, pool could have been cleaner, tried with netting but never ending. But overall, fantastic, and will definitely book again

Needs updating

The house was clean but needs repairs and updating. Freezer ice maker didn’t work, the kitchen sink leaks underneath, the master bathroom toilet makes squeaky noises once flushed, BBQ “insides” need replacement, dead flies on dining room window sill. Also painting of baseboards is needed.

Everything is spot on. This is our 2nd visit to this property. The property is amazing close to Everything you may need or want. The host our also amazing what questions we had were answered very promptly. We felt like this was our family vacation home.

Nice villa but read..

Nice villa in a nice area! Description isnt fully accurate as far as amenities though. For example, "Heated pool" is included but they want extra per DAY to use the heater, BBQ grill on property but in order to use it you need to pay extra for a cleaning fee to use it..yet when we went to use it, it wasnt even clean. Also the propane tank for the outdoor firepit on the patio was empty and we were told it was our responsibility to fill it if we wanted to use it! These arent exactly "deal breakers" but when you pay good money for a rental most renters would expect some if not all these things to be included.

Really pleased with the accommodations and everything was as advertised. The location and community were very safe and friendly. This home was spacious and enjoyed by all our family. Close to food, groceries and pharmacies and a short drive to the parks and Kissimmee and Orlando area. The garage has great entertainment for the teens and adults. The backyard and pool area was quite spacious as well. The kitchen has basic essentials, just needed a a bigger coffee maker, toaster oven or air fryer to make it complete.

Enjoyed our stay in very comfort home

This house felt like a home away from home. A quiet neighborhood, very relaxing, beautiful pool, the outdoor fireplace was our favorite place to hangout in the evenings. No houses behind just a gorgeous tree which we enjoyed watching the squirrels play in. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. Location was great. Will be booking again.

No need for the theme parks, this was all we needed!!

The house was great and big enough for our six kids to have their own space and keep them occupied! Super easy to get to, a great neighborhood with so much to do in the area. The host was very accommodating, fast with communication and so understanding, I could go on and on! 10/10 would stay again and will be recommending to any of my friends & family traveling to the Orlando area!!

Belle maison à 30 minutes de Disney

Nous sommes très satisfait de la maison. Nous étions 6 adultes et 7 enfants et la maison était amplement grande pour les 13. Beau secteur proche de tout. Service impeccable des propriétaires! Beautiful House

House is very nice. Pool was great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the lighting is a little wonky. Flip the switch and wait till light comes on. Needs more garbage cans around House. Loved the playroom. Overall a great experience.
