Check in was easy, other than the fact that the gate had a keypad and didn’t look like it accepted the QR codes provided. We weren’t the only ones who didn't figure that out without instruction either. A sign would have been super helpful. There was no welcome/info book.House was not well stocked with simple items like pot holders, kitchen hand towels, had half a roll of paper towels, empty napkin holder and the owners refused to provide any when we asked. We asked about a hand towel or two for the kitchen and they said they would get back to us and never did. Hard to use an oven without potholders. They offered us gas for the grill to try to make things better but the house was also missing grilling utensils so we weren't able to use the grill either. The description did not match what was actually available either. Our family loves to play basketball and a huge part of us booking this house and resort was the basketball court and the basketball arcade games. Neither were there! Come to find out that the pictures in the listing were inaccurate AI generated photos. Again, the owners refused any type of help or compensation.Owner communication was very poor taking many hours to days to respond. They had no one in the resort to even manage neighbors being extremely loud after quiet hours. Owners said we should call the sheriff. Tried connecting with the owners to make it right and they again refused. My son and mother also cut their toes on broken glass on the patio.
