Only giving two stars because the house provided ample space for my family and was in a pretty good location. Otherwise, we had issues with the pool heat that were never fully resolved so we were unable to use the pool at all- paying extra for a service we did not get (also meaning no hot tub). Was told we could get an extra day of pool heat after an initial issue was identified, but never got that day and then have been told I should have identified the issue each day of my vacation (I messaged the host three times during the week). The house was mostly clean upon arrival, but repairs throughout were done poorly so much that we could not even use the towel bars in some bathrooms (wallpaper peeling in master bedroom, grout broken in bathroom tiles, seals in windows broken, water filter in fridge 14 days past replacement). The running water had a bit of a sulfur smell and the house was never really cool even though it was not very hot outside while we were there. The mattresses weren’t great and some of the protective covers were like sleeping on plastic bags. Lastly, the cleaning service showed up before checkout and started entering the house while we were out our last morning. Also, although not a specific unit issue, the kids playground on the resort had broken/loose parts and the entrance gate was broken so you needed to use the call box instead of the provided code. Overall, would not stay again.

This house had a great setup for a group of seven that included six adults and one teen. Six bedrooms and six full-size bathrooms, so my adult children had their own bedroom and bathroom. Home was clean, and had all accessories needed. Though we did not do any cooking while there. The ping pong table was a hit with the teen.We also liked the location. We have never stayed in Kissimmee before. The house was an easy drive to all the Disney parks which were the only parks we were visiting this trip.We had issues with the upstairs AC. When we arrived it was 78 upstairs. I called the number of the representative that texted me. They actually were able to send out someone. They discovered that the breaker to the upstairs unit had been shut off. AC unit came on and we went to bed. However, the next morning the upstairs temperature was 63 degrees. Way too cold. The thermostat was set to 79. I reported it to the rep who said they would send someone. I got a message that it was working. When we got back to the home the upstairs was once again 63 degrees. We called and the rep said it was too late to call anyone. So, we found the breaker box and shut the upstairs unit off. We reported and a technician was sent out the next day. Unit maintained 72 degrees that evening. The following day when we returned it was 63 degrees upstairs again.Registration was a bit confusing because I received at least three different access codes. We tried one that worked.

We had a family of 12 staying at the house. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house was perfect for us all. We enjoyed the game room and loved how close the clubhouse was. We spent several days enjoying the sun and the lazy river. We will definitely be back!

The exterior of the property looks in good condition. On entering the property it is in need of of refurbishing. The beds are tired and the linens and pillows need replacing. The outside area did not have enough seating and what was there was broken and unusable. Some items in the kitchen needed replacing. There were areas that had not been cleaned and there was dust and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The carpet needs replacing. The location of the property is just what we expected as was lovely. We not hesitate to stay here again if the property was refurbished. We did have to contact the management re some issues and these were rectified.

Spacious and convenient location

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here, check in and out was very easy and loved the views and connivence of location. We were so close to everything and the parks! Hosts were very attentive to every message and responded very quickly when needed! Would rent this home again

Terrible Experience

Great location, but that’s about it. Upon checking in, we were hit with a smell that could only be described as vomit. The house was dirty. Furniture was broken, stained, ripped, and falling apart. Beds were terrible. Tiles in bathrooms were loose and we had one in our party cut their foot on pieces of grout that were coming out. Had another in our party almost get hurt trying to sit on a chair outside that had a leg almost bent in half, luckily someone saw it before they sat down completely. Other chairs outside had holes in the middle of them. Sun chairs were so dirty we had to give one of our littles a bath after they climbed on it. Contacted OneVactionHome about the issues and sent pictures, to which they told us they would send someone out. I explained that we didn’t want someone there cleaning the home while our children are there and we are trying to eat dinner and that we were there to go to Disney, so also don’t want someone there while we are gone and all our stuff is in the home. They sent someone anyway around dinner time (6pm) who told us they were not there to clean, but just to ask about the issues. They told us they cleaned the house for 7 hours, to which I responded by showing my kids and my own feet, which were black just from walking around. They then stormed off. We spent 3 hours cleaning the house and were told by the rental agency there was no way for a cleaning fee refund, because they did everything could and the house was cleaned thoroughly. Stay away

Business trip to Orlandi

Property was nice but not maintained very well. Many of the beds did not have fitted sheets, just a top sheet so you ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. One of the patio chairs had a hole in the seat and another had a broken leg. The wallpaper in the 2nd floor Master was peeking off and the bed had a very uncomfortable lump in the middle.

Good Home

This place is very spacious. Very nice home, only one thing that I didn’t like that there were little dead bugs swept in a few corners. It seemed as if the cleaners swept them up but didn’t pick the pile up. They were not like beetle looking bugs. Overall beautiful home to stay. Enough space for everyone to have be comfortable. Check in and out process was smooth. The back g gate would never open for us we had to come through the exit gate. But definitely a good stay.

Lots of bedrooms

The property is ok. The beds were not real comfortable but sleepable. There were some extra well used pillows but no additional pillowcases. The bottom sheets were flat sheets and did not stay on beds. The kitchen was minimally supplied. A few things were missing. No plug for kitchen sink drain. The downstairs bath had one plugged sink. Only two extra garbage bags for 6 day stay. No extra TP. The lication was good but the gate was broken and not secured.

Met our needs

Property was nice, but you can tell that it is rented out quite a bit and could use some upgrades. For example, the carpet on the stairs is loose. The beds were not comfortable and seemed like cheap mattresses. The kitchen and living area were nice, but the couch had rips in it which I alerted the owners of upon arrival. Although it isn’t the owners fault, the check-in process was crazy and no one had given us a heads up about it. You have to check in at the neighborhood gate. Since lots of people are checking into their rental about the same time, it takes a very long time to get your parking pass and get through the gate. We loved the neighborhood pool. It really is great. The house was perfect for what we needed. We liked the layout and the number of bathrooms.

Beautiful home and great location

The location of this home is so perfect for any of the parks of Orlando. The amenities of the home made it such a relaxing get-away. Enjoyed the pool, the spacious bedrooms and the surrounding grounds for walking and wildlife watching.

First of all a great location and view over the lake. The house was generally clean but could do with a proper clean , skirting boards and floors particularly . Wallpaper in the master bedroom is peeling and the bed broken , held up with a brick . One of the sun loungers is broken and can’t be used , why don’t you replace it ? The table tennis table was also broken and not useable , again , if you advertise it and it’s broken , then , change the ad or replace it …. Overall the house was acceptable but nothing more , all appliances worked and the pool/area clean and tidy. I was disappointed the BBQ wasn’t included , maybe an oversight on my part , but I’ve never had a villa where it wasn’t included in the rental .

Nice place

Plenty big for the 5 adults that stayed. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. I will definitely be using this home again for a family vacation, and business next time we are in Orlando

Not exactly what we thought...

Pictures reflect the house. There was a strange smell especially in the kitchen area, so we did not use the back part of the downstairs. The pool wasn't very clean, not sure if that is just a Florida thing. The couch in the living room had notable wear and tear, but the couch in the family room looked brand new.

Nice place

The place was just about perfect. Great location that was close to the area attractions and getting to and from the airport was very easy. Lots of local dining options, grocery stores, and other fun things to do. The property had a nice pool area, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The resort clubhouse was an excellent addition for those days we needed some downtime. I definitely recommend this property..!
