Discover the ultimate Orlando getaway at Champions Prestige Villa, a luxurious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom retreat located in the prestigious gated community of Champions Gate. Perfect for families or groups, this elegant villa combines spacious living areas, high-end finishes, and endless amenities to create the ideal vacation experience.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast island seating, and a formal dining area, perfect for sharing meals with family and friends. Step outside to your private screened-in pool with child safety fence, sun loungers, and patio furniture, ideal for relaxing under the Florida sun.

For entertainment, the second-floor Games Room is fully equipped with air hockey, ping pong, and a foosball table.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Fantastic house. Great bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms stocked with towels. Excellent gated community and a lovely pool area. Highly recommend!

Great vaycay home

Right off the get go the female guard at the gate was rude to us almost everyday. The house was great . We had a few problems with the lights going on and offf fans coming on when not being used. Maintenance came but the problem was not fixed it made things worse. But overall the house was nice just like it was pictured. There was no projector screen like the picture. We had a great time .

Great place for a large family stay

We celebrated an early extended family Christmas. We had 9 adults, 1 three year old and 1 one year old. Four generations in one house. It was the perfect house for us. Plenty of room for all of us to be downstairs doing something fun. The adult men in our group really enjoyed the game room (especially ping pong). Others would join together for board games in the dining room or relax and watch tv in the living room. All except one bedroom was upstairs and there was also a nice tv area upstairs for those who wanted to get away from all the activity downstairs. When upstairs you really couldn't hear all the noise from downstairs which was really nice for nap time with the small children.

We booked this property for a weekend birthday get away with friends. Everything was nice and clean. Location was close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again when traveling to Florida.

The house is lovely. It was 6 of us. We all had our own bedroom, bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The area was really nice. Close to everything. The water slides weren't open during our stay. We enjoyed the house.
