This place is really lovely. Such a gorgeous and safe neighborhood. We didn't get to use the clubhouse at all but it looked cool. The AC works, the garden tub in the main bedroom was wonderful. Beds are comfy and everything is super clean. I really appreciated that the host checked in just to make sure we were happy.

This property had everything that was advertised. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and other housewares. The house was clean and well maintained even though it is an older home (probably built in the 1990s). The host, Victor, was responsive and quickly took care of the one maintenance issue we had during our stay. The one item that could stand an upgrade is the carpeting. It's definitely showing its age with the wear and tear - especially on the stairs. We did have limited close-by parking since we were at the end of the street and the neighbor decided to take the single spot in front of this house a couple times. Overall, I would certainly consider staying here again.

I would have liked for the main floor bathroom to be attached to the bedroom & updated and useful garage space due to parking area not spacious; we managed. The corner lot location and having the pond (fisherman spouses were in heaven) behind the house and near clubhouse was LOVELY! We will definitely book again.

Great property and location for your Disney vacation

Plenty of space to spread out for large family gathering. The pool and game room was a nice amenity for our Spring break visit. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals or grilling out. Highly recommend for a family visit to Disney

Overall property location is wonderful. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool in the back yard.We did experience problems with the stove that were not able to be easily corrected. Problems that would take more than the maintenance guy that did come over to review. Property overall is nice but "tired" and needs to be "refreshed". Several areas were acceptable but would be nice to see upgrades/updates - for example the carpeting showed a lot of wear.Overall, We definitely enjoyed our stay here. A great place for family to gather.

Best Property Location at Paradise Palms!

After staying at a few homes in this resort, we found this house to be the best location, by far. On a corner lot, facing a protected wildlife area, abutting a pond…we certainly felt private and were delighted by the many birds we watched while in the house pool. Plenty of sleeping options for a big group and lots of quiet spaces for relaxing. Our grandson loved playing pool in the garage space and our teenage grandchildren were glad to have a separate living room area. We found the house to be wonderfully quiet at night and we did not even hear family members who got up earlier in the morning. Just a 3 minute walk to the large resort pool, we enjoyed the convenience of having the pool and bar/refreshment nearby. A wonderful combination of having a separate home, yet being close to a community feeling at the main pool. Our host, Victor was kind and responsive.

Vacation in Paradise

It was an awesome & fantastic stay. This was our fifth time at Paradise Palms Resort, and we will continue to vacation here once a year. It is centrally located, and you can reach all parks and attractions within minutes. In less than two hours, you can be in Tampa or Miami. The accommodation is wonderful, very clean, and lovingly furnished. The latest amenities are available in every area. Highlights of the property include the hot tub, the pool table in the garage, and the free BBQ grill. The landlord, Victor, is truly the best we’ve ever had during a stay in the USA. He regularly checks in and asks about the well-being of his tenants. If any small issues arise, he immediately sends a handyman, and it’s taken care of. Even during Hurricane Milton, he provided us with all the necessary information and supported us. Victor, you are the best – we would love to stay in your fantastic house again! Best regards from Germany

Loved our time!

Great home close to everything you want to do at Paradise Palms! The house has an almost cottage feel with only 1 neighbour and the pond/green space. Loved waking up to relax while watching the turtles. We had visits from the family of big brown birds each day - super friendly and will walk around the complex to visit the people. Cleanliness was good. Keep in mind it’s a Florida vacation home so it’s used a lot. Carpets look like they need to be updated soon but this did not impede on our vacation in this beautiful home. Victor was by far the best host we have dealt with. So accommodating and very quick response to anything we needed. I have already requested the same home again next year. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing size and location

Victor was an exceptional host with his communication and checking in with us. We had an issue and contacted him and his response time was very quick! The location is perfect because the pool backs up to the lake and is nice and private. It’s so close to the club house as well. The house set up was awesome for my family to have enough space for everyone. The reason I gave a 4 star review is just there is more wear and tear on the house than we were expecting. The stairs carpeting is extremely frayed and thin. Pillows were flat, thin, and kind of lumpy. And just a few little things that would’ve been nice are a laundry basket, stools for the kids in all bathrooms rather than just one, and a functioning garbage can in the kitchen. Also the pool had a tad too much chlorine based on the smell so I messaged Victor to check before the next guests and I assume he will. Just little things that are totally fine to deal with but would have made our stay the 5 stars I’d like to give it. It is family friendly with a high chair and one stool. I would still recommend this property for sure.

Awesome!

My 2nd visit in 3 yrs..beautiful view, spacious, and clean. Only a few minor issues, which was handled abruptly by Victor, the property manager. I would recommend and visit again in the future.

Holiday Getaway

Overall property was clean and comfortable. The house has a relaxing vibe. It accommodated a large group (11 of us). It is located close enough to everything with attractions near by. Resort amenities were nice: pool, gym, and cinema. Communication with the host was great. He was responsive and helpful.

Great location and facilities!

Loved our holiday here, 4 of us as a family and we were joined by friends for a couple of days. There is plenty of room in the property, including the nook upstairs, the gated community is excellent (we used on the on-site gym) and the location means you are minutes away from everything! Every morning was a pleasant start, either sitting by the pool or taking a walk through to the around the rest of the estate. We go back an instant!

Enjoyed the pool!

The house was large enough for everyone. It was nice to have the main floor bedroom separate from those upstairs and the couch/TV area and several bathrooms. The pool was fabulous - shady in the afternoon. Glad that we heated it for part of the stay as the temps were chilly for a few days. Great view of the pond and close to clubhouse with the main pool and activities. The furnishings and carpet definitely show wear and should be replaced soon. The house was mostly clean but found a few "leftovers" (flip flop, food crumbs, paper scraps, etc.) under and behind furniture. Victor was very easy to reach and solved a few issues (with ice maker and pool heater) quickly. Staff that we encountered at Paradise Palms we also very helpful and friendly.

The House was Spacious, my kids had an amazing time the property manager was very helpful, Victor was very quick to respond to us. wonderful location.close to lots of restaurants and stores . Would definitely stay again!!!! Highly recommended!

Nice large property and good location in the resort

This property was perfect for our needs. We had a few families in the house and it had the room on the main floor for everyone to be together. That being said having the second leaving room was nice. Plenty of bedrooms and washrooms for all. The pool was nice at night. The location beside the lake and main club house was great as we had others renting at the resort so great meeting place. This house was exactly what needed. I read reviews about carpets dirty but that was just wear over time. Would stay again in this house.

Great Location Nice House

Nice house in close proximity to Disney properties. Kids enjoyed the pool at the house, as well as the main pool on the property. One twin bed room was missing a TV, but it wasn't an issue since we put the youngest kids in this room who almost instantly fell asleep after long days of activities. Victor was responsive to my communications which I appreciated. A couple of minor cosmetic things, but definitely a nice property that my family enjoyed. Would stay again!
