Upstairs, you will find Five bedrooms and Four bathrooms. A King size master with attached bathroom. One queen size master with attached bathroom. One queen size bedroom with attached shared bathroom with the Minions themed bedroom.
Two delightful theme bedrooms with two twin size beds each, Mickey Mouse and Minions themed. One bathroom with bathtub located on the hall. An ample second living / loft area with big sectional sofa, 2 chairs and smart TV perfect to enjoy movies and popcorn time.
The open kitchen concept is fully equipped, slate appliances, quartz countertop and 4 bar stools next to the dining area with modern expandable dining table with 10 chairs.
Another great area is the spaciousGame room! where you will find an Air hockey table, a Ping pong table, and a small table with 2 barstools.
The outdoor space is truly Amazing! Big private pool with bubbling jacuzzi, outside full bathroom with shower, a modern outdoor dining set with 8 chairs and sun loungers to enjoy and relax. Privacy pool screens - No neighbors view from the backyard.
Perfectly located in the desirable Champions Gate community with access to the Oasis Clubhouse with plenty of Amenities from 9am - 9pm located about 2 miles away small drive from the house or you can use the free resort shuttle from home to the amenities.

- POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.
- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.

INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
