Questa casa vacanze esecutivo vicino a Disney situato a Emerald Island Resort è arredato con gusto in tutto per farvi sentire come a casa. pittura Accent, tende colorate e arredamento curato. La villa si trova a pochi passi dalla club house ed è su un terreno di conservazione privata. 2 master suite re Perfetto per 2 famiglie in cerca di risparmiare denaro sulla loro vacanza.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovi `s della TV a schermo piatto così tutti possono po 'di tempo TV privata.
Questo grande villa Florida ha ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza della villa!

La cucina luminosa e ariosa dispone di tutti i comfort di casa con elettrodomestici, pentole / padelle, posate e tutti gli utensili, acqua e fabbricatore di ghiaccio.
Questa fantastica villa ha un cortile estesa con sedie a sdraio una spa spumeggiante tutte affacciate vista!
Il rifugio perfetto per quei giorni in cui si vuole prendere una pausa dai parchi.

Questa villa di Disney è dotato di una propria sala giochi completa di sparatoria basket, air hockey e tavolo da biliardo tutto incluso nel canone di noleggio.
La camera familiare dispone di due comodi divani a schermo piatto da 42 pollici TV, lettore DVD, audio surround, stereo, buona selezione di libri da bambino e ci sono alcuni giochi da tavolo pure. Non vi è connessione internet wireless a banda larga in modo da poter collegare il vostro computer portatile e navigare in rete e tenersi in contatto.
La camera familiare ha un enorme e imponente soffitto della cattedrale con ventilatore a soffitto.

La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto king size con materassi pillow top, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, armadio, cabina armadio, tavoli e lampade, sveglia, ventilatore a soffitto. Il bagno principale dispone di un asciugacapelli, un enorme vasca idromassaggio con getti tonificanti, due lavandini, servizi igienici e cabina doccia.

La camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto king size con materasso a doppio strato, TV a schermo piatto DVD, ventilatore a soffitto, cabina armadio, Dresser, tavoli, lampade. Bagno privato con asciugacapelli, vasca da bagno, lavabo, wc e doccia Vi è un altro 3 Re camera da letto e una regina camere da letto di dimensioni. Ogni camera ha costruito in piedi o in armadi, `s della TV a schermo piatto spazio ventilatori a soffitto cassetto, tavoli, lampade, ecc E c`è di più! Questo piano ha anche due ulteriori camere da letto ciascuna con due letti (singolo) e una serie di letti a castello in ogni entrambe le camere hanno anche `s della TV a schermo piatto, lo spazio di archiviazione etc. Per far fronte a tutte queste camere da letto c'è un ulteriore bagno 2 della famiglia ciascuno con wc, lavabo, vasca e doccia.

Ok, quindi abbiamo girato l'interno di questa grande villa Disney. Let`s andare a vedere che cosa lo spazio esterno ha da offrire!
Tutte le porte che conducono alla zona della piscina sono dotate di allarmi di sicurezza e la piscina ha una recinzione di sicurezza per bambini opzionale per la protezione dei più piccoli.
La villa dispone di una piscina e terrazza oversize zona completa di zona Lanai ombreggiato con 3 ventilatori a soffitto per un maggiore comfort. Vi è una doccia esterna, un bar a gas b q griglia, un sacco di tavoli sedie e lettini tutti contenuti all'interno di una zona di protezione schermato e si affaccia conservazione dei boschi a destra nella parte posteriore della villa. La piscina stessa dispone di una spa spumeggiante annesso e una caratteristica veramente bella fontana.

Emerald Island è una bella località con splendidi paesaggi e vedute meravigliose. La club house dispone di una zona di accoglienza che fornisce informazioni gratuitamente per gli ospiti che soggiornano presso il resort. È possibile rimanere in contatto con gli amici o la famiglia torna a casa nel cyber cafe ei bambini possono divertirsi nella sala giochi. La club house dispone anche di una piscina comunità frizzante e vasca idromassaggio per gli ospiti di godere. Accanto alla piscina è un Tiki bar dove è possibile acquistare bevande e cibo. Purificare il corpo con la sauna a vapore gratuito o aumentare il battito cardiaco in palestra! tennis gratuito e basket.

Great place to stay for large group

We had a brilliant couple of weeks. The location of the villa is great, overlooking a small lake at the back of the property and villas either side but didn't feel that it lacked privacy. There were plenty of beds giving us good choice on who should go in which room to fit the dynamics of our mixed group of teens and adults. Beds were clean and comfortable.The villa is a little dated but everything worked as expected. Pool was lovely and clean when we arrived and was regularly maintained throughout our stay so was always sparkling. Only things worth noting is that several of the poolside chairs are broken and could do with replacing. Also hot tub timer doesn't work properly so will continue to run for hours if not manually switched off, this means it can get VERY hot which could be a safety concern, especially if you have younger children.

Everything started great..we asked for an early check in and they accommodated us. We thought things were off to a great start until we walked in the house. The door was already unlocked when we arrived. The house was FILTHY. Floors dirty, cabinets covered in food, bathroom door covered in who knows what, bugs crawling on the floors and in bathtubs (i know its florida..bugs are common) I informed the manager of our concerns and she sent someone over to clean the house again...while we were already there. She sent someone the next morning for the ants crawling everywhere. The house needed more than someone to come clean the surfaces. This house needs a DEEP CLEAN. Dust in the vents, under all beds, windowsills had dust and dead bugs. It was just filthy everywhere. The sheets were disgustingly stained. The pool area had broken chairs. After a few days our swim suits started to smell AWFUL from the pool. Dishwasher wouldn't get dishes clean, so we hand washed all dishes for 12 people. Overall, it was not a great experience and I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent Stay!

Very happy, the house was clean, pool was excellent. I was very happy that it was all tile and wood floors - no carpet so the floors were all very clean. Everything was nice and in working order, plenty of space for 15 of us. The house is also next to the management land, so no houses directly behind us. We saw Sandhill cranes, ducks and turkeys while swimming. Hot tub was simple and easy to use- and warm. Definitely would rent this home again.

Desperately maintenence needed. Jacuzzi leaked, had to add cold water daily. Garbage disposal and dishwasher didnt work. Advertising for 18 to 20, day before arrival i was in formed 18 maximum. Paid for pool heating and because of having to add cold water it was always cold...Bedding old and outdated.otherwise lots of room and nice resort.

Golf trip stay

Overall this home met our needs for an 8 guy golf trip. Home is a bit dated (furniture, cupboards etc) but wasn’t a deal breaker. There was a list of things that needed maintenance or updating that I let the host know about. He acknowledged it and said he would advise the property manager. Pool and hot tub were great. Our host was very good at responding.

Eighth golf stay at this great home!

We just got back from an annual golf trip with eight guys. We always stay at the same house because everyone gets their own bedroom. As always, we were pleased with the house and will be booking next year soon. It is a great location. I have communicated over the years with the owner from time to time, And he has always very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to further trips and stays at this home.Emmett L.

Worth it for the price

The house is huge and easily fit our whole group. We had 18 people, plenty of beds for everyone, and the space was big and comfortable. It could’ve been cleaner but it wasn’t dirty. Nothing that I felt was too unsanitary. Check in was easy and for the price we paid I think it was absolutely worth it.

DIRTY HOUSE, ROACHES, DO NOT STAY THERE

I do not leave bad reviews but this time I am because I do not want people go through what we went. What it was supposed to be an amazing end of the year family gathering was a very uncomfortable stay in a run down dirty house, with cockroaches, humidity smell. It was not what we expected at all, and the worse was the lack of empathy or response from the host. To start the house had a terrible smell like humidity, we had to wash all the linen, the trash from one of the bathrooms was full, maybe from the previous guests, I could not use the towels because smelled horrible, had to tell my husband who joined us the next day, to bring towels from our house, they didn’t provide even the essentials like soap for the bathrooms (I accept no shampoo or conditioner, but at least soap com’on), we found roaches in the rooms, the grill was disgusting so we couldn’t grill. We contacted the host to see if we could switch to another house and he was rude. We did not insist because it was New Year’s Eve and we just wanted to enjoy as a family, so we suck it up but honestly it was very uncomfortable. This property should be taken out of VRBO available properties list. Really really bad house and host. I sent pictures of everything as proof and still neither the host nor VRBO want to reimburse at least 50% or negotiate. Very bad experience with this company.

8 of us stayed here for a Disney vacation. The location was perfect. It was literally minutes to the parks. Check in could not have been easier! The staff was extremely friendly, and even joked around with us quite a bit. The houses in this resort are a bit dated, but so are most rental properties in Orlando. Need to update and check before renting property

The internet was down for the first day of my stay and had to have cable company to cover out to fix. One of the rooms had bed bugs.

20 hour drive Disney getaway

This our 4th time going to Disney from South Texas. A 21 mile drive and our second time staying at emerald Island resort . This was far better then the last times. The house was very comfortable and spacious. It might had been better with more pans but we managed with what we had. And Walmart is also only 9 minutes away. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning before leaving to Disney. Our family was a group of 19. Each one of our daughters and there husbands had there own room. With rooms left over for the grandkids. The pool was a big hit with the kids for the evenings. The adults enjoyed bike riding around the resort, then a quick stop at the tiki bar for a mix drink from inez, (the bartender) she makes great strawberry daiquiri with whip topping. Didn't get to enjoy the miniature golf since it was late. But did got to use the large pool at the club house. We got to take the kids to the near by playground 3 blocks away. It was a picture perfect vacation. The house the resort and of course Disney. If there is anything to complain about it would be that the restroom doors didn't lock even in the lock position,only the master suite locked. But over all we have no complaints about the house. Look forward to going again for our next vacation. And hopefully get to play the miniature golf .lol

Nice space but …..

The listing states free parking, the parking is free but you have to buy a “parking pass” for each car that you have to access the “resort”. There is a lot of damage in the house to the walls, furniture etc. You can see paint that was dripped on the floor, you can see the brush strokes on the walls and doors and it just makes it feel cheap and at the price per night it is not cheap. The doors to each room are very thin and cheap feeling. I found many of the curtains were just cut up sheets. I specifically asked if they had addressed the recent reviews of the house being run down and needing a refresh. I was told “those things are addressed after each stay” they obviously have not been addressed in a very long time. We found out 8 days into our 11 day stay that the pool pump had been broken the entire time we were there and we were not told! We only found this out because the pool repair man was parked in the driveway when we returned and we asked him what he was doing. This angered me immensely as we had small children and this was very dangerous to have them swimming in unfiltered untreated water! We also had several plumbing issues and the “Manager” said the repair man only needed access to the outside but we got back and found they had been in the house and moved many things. I felt like they could have easily sent a text saying this repair man came and fixed whatever just to let us know that people had been in the house while we were out.

Son's Superhero Adventure Weekend

It was 15 of us in the home and we had more than enough space for rooming arrangements. I will say the house has a lot of wear and tear but overall a comfortable stay. Loved the pool and paid for it to be warm which was a plus.

Lots of space- needs a deep cleaning

Nice big house - lots of room. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the house- it really needs a deep clean and updating - would not label it a luxury villa. Great communication- very fast replies. Nice resort area.

Great house for a large group

While the house is getting quite "tired" we were able to enjoy it for a week long stay with 8 golfing buddies. Ample space to do everything. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, knives, and plenty of pots. Fantastic pool and hot tub/spa, that was much warmer than expected, but certainly enjoyed. They probably should address some of the deteriorating items, such as the large sections of silicone sealing coming out in the kitchen sink, the flaky front door lock, and at least 1 bed that could use a new mattress. But overall, none of this was worth worrying about while we were there, and we all enjoyed our stay. Communications with the owner/manager were excellent. We will consider staying at this house again in the future.
